Being an athlete today isn’t easy.
The pressure. The noise. The expectations.
Sometimes what they need most are simple words that remind them who they are and who they can become.
Here are 10 Phrases Every Athlete Needs to Hear:
1. I believe in you
2. I love watching you play
3. Do your best
4. Be great at what you are good at
5. Love your teammates
6. Next play
7. Make memories
8. Pass the mirror test
9. Lead by example
10. Lead others
Let’s keep building athletes who are confident, grounded, and team-first.
