On the last field of canola. That Thanksgiving rain was a good thing, though it’s always hard on the crew when the combines are stopped. Just some oats and barley to rip through for feed, and a bit of field cleanup. #harvest26 #farming

These are my great-grandfather Dr. Sam Aykroyd’s transcripts from the Seances he hosted in the Old Farmhouse. It was the spirit of his work passed down through the generations that inspired my interests. He’s the original Ghostbuster.

We messed up - BIG time.
To the entire @reginathunder organization, we are so sorry we failed to provide you with the experience you deserved as PFC Champions.
Congratulations to “Phantom Power“ and everyone involved in the Saskatoon @GEDfest event Capitol Music Club on Saturday night. Over $10,000 was raised for @cancerfdnsask .

Yikes! You know it’s windy when it blows down metal fencing - they’re not exactly sails. Peak wind gusts around 7 pm last night were in the 70s. Not as windy today, but windy nonetheless. Today’s high temperature in Saskatoon 14°C. Go Toppers! # yxe
A busy day in Buena Vista. Sarge getting @SaskHilltops ready for tomorrow’s big game v Thunder. The next field over it’s “fall ball“ ⚾️ ( I thought baseball season was over for the year, but one of the parents told me … it’s never over. 😄) . #yxe #baseball #football

LOVE that our friend @JLevering4 delivered the @Brewers version of the line Bob Uecker delivers as Harry Doyle when the Indians win the pennant in “Major League.”
“The Brewers win the pennant! Oh my God, the Brewers win the pennant!”
Pitch-perfect homage, Levo.
THE BREWERS WIN THE PENNANT
The full call of the final out from @JLevering4, as heard on the Brewers Radio Network
A windy day in store for Saskatoon and much of SK. Afternoon sunshine with coolish temperatures for this afternoon, but warming up on Friday and into the weekend. Especially Saturday. #yxe

‘Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night!’
📺DEBUT: ‘Saturday Night Live’ premiered 51 years ago, October 11, 1975, on NBC, originally titled, ‘NBC’s Saturday Night.’
Lorne Michaels originally wanted the name ‘Saturday Night Live,’ but ABC had debuted a prime-time variety show called ‘Saturday Night Live with Howard Cosell’ three weeks earlier. Cosell’s cast was called the ‘Prime Time Players,’ while NBC’s ensemble became the ‘Not Ready for Prime Time Players,’ a cheeky nod to their late-night time slot.
George Carlin hosted the premiere, with musical guests Billy Preston and Janis Ian. After ABC canceled Cosell’s show, NBC officially adopted the ‘Saturday Night Live’ title in 1977
