As a leader your job is to serve, not be served. Your team needs to know you care. Serve their heart. Your team needs to improve. Serve their talent. Your team struggles with doubt. Serve their mind and spirit. Your team has potential. Serve their growth.

Remote learning can shift the role of students from consumers of content to drivers of their own learning.
Students have the capacity to do this, but we need to believe in them & help guide them. We also need to look at our changing roles as educators.🧐
