I've spoken at conferences & meetings for @Anaes_Residents and @Assoc_Anaes, @Bsoa_org_uk, British Association of Day Surgery....
And supported workshops at numerous courses...
I've worked on some big projects too;
-International priority setting project in RA
- UK priority setting project
- standards for reporting of AI tech in RA
- development of FUSICblocks with @ICS_updates
-guidance for trainees with @RCoANews
Since being elected I've been busy on the council....
Lots of work on EDI
- balanced faculty at ASM
- 2 industry partnered IWD webinars
- fund established to help gender balance RAUK approved courses
- minimum female faculty level for courses to become approved
I've been workshop lead at our ASMs in London in 2024, Leeds in 2025 & Bristol next month!
