Jan Grarup (war photographer) met a kid wearing a damaged AC Milan jersey on his trip to South Sudan.
The photographer (also a Milan fan) offered the young boy a new Jersey in exchange for his damaged one - he then gave the damaged jersey to Milan who put it on display at Casa Milan.
They collaborated with UNICEF to launch initiatives and huge donations to support the children in South Sudan.
