A real privilege to write this piece today. Well done Frank! 💙 theoldhamtimes.co.uk/news/25…

I wrote my dissertation on the experiences of domestic violence victims. I tried really hard during this to find male victims to speak to and simply couldn’t. It’s great to see work supporting male victims and tackling the stigma around the fact they can be victims too.

I’ve done it. I’ve made a #Bluesky account. I’m not leaving twitter but I thought I’d see what’s going on over there and currently trying to build my account. Drop me a follow @jessicarothweel.bsky.social 📲

I joined The Oldham Times just over 5 months ago now and can safely say it’s been an amazing team to join. If you’re looking for your next spot on your journalism journey, we’re a lovely bunch (I promise)!!📰
