Um @FlyLouisville you might want to check with @Allegiant and flight GA 2167 cause there is NO ONE at the gate and zero info about it and the natives are getting…restless. Didn’t think Allegiant could top my poor Father’s Day but looks like my wife’s bday might beat it.
This is what happens when you don’t give any info to your passengers @Allegiant AND you don’t have anyone at the gate. Wife Finally got a canceled and a voucher. No apology for the wasted time on HER BIRTHDAY spent at the airport, or the lost money on the trip. Simply awful!
