Is it rude to name my fantasy team in my cousin league 'Grandma's Favorite?'
...it is factual...🤷♀️
Going to a baseball game always makes me think of how much I want a theme song of my choosing to announce my arrival every time I enter a room...
My dad started cooking our Cowboys game day meals based on who the Cowboys are playing that day.
Last week, we had Navajo tacos, elote, & churros.
This week, we're having baked beans, johnnycakes, & Boston cream pie.
I like this tradition.
After literally shouting "No!!!" & alarming my coworkers, I'll just be weeping quietly in my office for the rest of the afternoon.
Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs suffered torn ACL in practice today, out for the season. (via @RapSheet & @TomPelissero)
I don't know how It's possible, but my beautiful, strong, sassy, smart, brave, kind, creative, Heart Ring baby sister is EIGHTEEN today.
Happy birthday, little girl.
You are my favorite. ❤️
Just in case I wasn't feeling old today, my niece asked me, unprompted, if it hurts my knees to walk up & down the stairs.
Today, my dad made a snarky comment, & my 7 yr old niece sighed & said
"Grumpy, I love you. But what happened to my sweet Grumpy? Are you still there inside?"
"I will literally marry anyone at this point, if they have good health insurance." - @xokelsey
Yep...#Millenials
My niece: "Grumpy, will you please help us build a fort?"
My dad: "Ok. What can I do to help?"
Niece: "Ummm...build the fort?"
Annnnd he did.

Last night my nieces performed a song called "10 Reasons I Love Jessie," then gave me a cake they made themselves, & proudly told me how they blew kisses into the batter, & they wouldn't let my mom buy a store-bought cake that didn't have any love baked into it.
Kids are magical
Trying to explain bad mental health days to people who've never struggled with mental health is a trip. Feels like we're speaking different languages.
👏🙌🍾
#Cowboys DC Dan Quinn informed interested teams that he is staying in Dallas, per sources.
Quinn was a top candidate for the #Cardinals’ head coaching job and also interviewed with the #Colts and #Broncos. But his heart is in Dallas and he wants to win a Super Bowl there.
