Spoke to 2 scouts today who said they were disappointed at the standard of coaching in grassroots compared to academies. I said your coaches are paid staff, with top facilities, equipment, time & qualifications and Kev from Asda has a team 1 hour a week and is a level 1 coach – at South Shields, England
