PS 101 is great to think about... great to strive for.
Psalm 101:1-8 NLT
I will sing of your love and justice, LORD. I will praise you with songs. [2] I will be careful to live a blameless life- when will you come to help me? I will lead a life of integrity in my own home.
[3] I will refuse to look at anything vile and vulgar. I hate all who deal crookedly; I will have nothing to do with them. [4] I will reject perverse ideas and stay away from every evil. [5] I will not tolerate people who slander their neighbors. I will not endure conceit and pride.
[6] I will search for faithful people to be my companions. Only those who are above reproach will be allowed to serve me. [7] I will not allow deceivers to serve in my house, and liars will not stay in my presence. [8] My daily task will be to ferret out the wicked and free the city of the LORD from their grip.
Hard to believe the stubbornness of those running some of our biggest companies. Remember this next time they want a subsidy cuz they're going broke.
General Motors says it will not adopt a vision-only approach to autonomous driving, saying that dropping radar is a "weird religious stance that ignores physics."
"If you scale back to vision-only, physics suggests you’ll be in trouble in certain situations. Radar is so cheap that dropping it doesn’t make sense—dropping it is a weird religious stance that ignores physics," GM Chief Product Officer Sterling Anderson said.
GM says it plans to launch an autonomous driving feature for the highway by 2028.

Truth for today from today's OYB
Titus 3:9 NLT
Do not get involved in foolish discussions about spiritual pedigrees or in quarrels and fights about obedience to Jewish laws. These things are useless and a waste of time.
Stored wealth is a trap indeed. It traps people and institutions alike in earthly splendor and steady decay.
Great video!
Read James 5...
Never forget God when things are going well. He covets our gratitude, not just our cries for help.

Yep. Jesus Rocks!
John begins his Gospel with the words, “In the beginning,” and Jesus, dying on the cross, says, “It is finished.”
Between “In the beginning” and “It is finished,” the one who is the Alpha and the Omega, the A-to-Z of our salvation, accomplishes everything necessary to reconcile us to the Father.
In his incarnation, he fully assumes our human nature. He does not merely take on the appearance of a man or wear a human skin suit for 33 years, only to hang it back in the closet when he returns to his Father. No, he everlastingly assumes our full human nature in the womb of the Virgin Mary. He still has that human nature. He always will.
He walks our pathways. He knows weakness. He hungers and thirsts. He sweats drops of blood as he prays. He faces temptation and learns obedience as a Son.
And all along the way, he demonstrates that he is not just a man but God in the flesh. He speaks of the glory he had with his Father before the world existed (John 17:5). He tells his opponents, “Before Abraham was, I am” (John 8:58). He says that all must honor the Son just as they honor the Father (John 5:23). He declares himself the only way, truth, and life to the Father (John 14:6), and tells his disciples, “Whoever has seen me has seen the Father” (John 14:9).
And finally, that he might be the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, he takes up the cross. There he absorbs, like a sponge, the sins of the world, finally crying out, “It is finished” (John 19:30). Then, having left all our sins behind in the tomb, he stand resurrected to speak peace to those for whom he died (20:19).
Finished. Fulfilled. Accomplished.
From “In the beginning” to “It is finished,” Jesus is our salvation from A to Z. He does it all. And he fills us with his Spirit, by whom we are united to him and brought to the Father.
From beginning to end, Jesus is our salvation.
Amazing! This is going to be a thing. Adds a whole new dimension to storytelling...

Prayer for today. Repeat every hour, or minute, as needed!
Pray with me
September 14, 2026
Father,
Quiet my soul before You.
The world is loud, my thoughts are restless, and my heart so easily becomes crowded with things I cannot control. But You are God, and I do not have to carry what belongs in Your hands.
Teach me “be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10).
Like David, let me be able to say, “I have calmed and quieted my soul” (Psalm 131:2). Silence the fear that keeps rehearsing tomorrow. Settle the anxiety that keeps replaying yesterday. Turn down every voice that competes with Yours.
Jesus, You said, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). So I come. I bring You the burdens, the questions, the unfinished business, the disappointments, and the things I cannot fix.
I surrender them to You.
Guard my heart and mind with Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).
When my mind begins to race, remind me that You are already there. When fear starts speaking, remind me that You are faithful. When I feel the need to control everything, remind me that You are sovereign.
When the noise of life becomes overwhelming, draw me back to the quiet confidence of Your presence.
You are my Shepherd. I shall not want. Lead me beside still waters. Restore my soul (Psalm 23:1-3).
My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my hope is from Him (Psalm 62:5).
I trust You with this day. I trust You with what I know. I trust You with what I don’t know. I trust You with what comes next.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
