Officially a Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer (PCSE). 🔐
Took a few detours along the way, built usable platforms on GCP to assert my engineering knowledge. Wrote the professional exam, and here we are.

Been a little busy with research. But finally got to setting up @Muse
I was performing some security hardening on my project website and had to audit a particular service accounts logs.
There I found an unexpected sniffer probing for credentials. Literally begging for anything. But there is nothing to give sadly. The repo itself is public😂

Bad/Good timing to get certified.
GCP europe-west2 went down this week.
php2shell CVE, Java CVE, eMudhra CA issue, NGINX CVE, Gitlab CVE. All critical/highs.
Security and reliability is necessary work.
Most people are proposing multi-cloud, but i think multi-region within the EU should prevent this, while maintaining compliance and minimizing technical overhead.
“AI Edge Foresight” sounds like something you’d name a hardened security sandbox for AI agents with full network restrictions and multiple firewalls, not a notetaker.
However, I shall be trying this out.

Finally wrote the blog on my GKE build: josephdara.hashnode.dev/gke-…
Secure provisioning with Terraform, automated CI/CD, GitOps with Argo CD, and policy enforcement with Kyverno.
Next up: adding AI inference workloads to the platform.

Terrible timing for me to be working on GitOps: githubstatus.com/incidents/d…
Been deep in Helm and k8s clusters on GKE the last couple of days.
I’ll probably drop a blog by Saturday.
Hey @thsottiaux , seems the analytics page in codex works perfectly but it's really buggy on /chatgpt.com
The usage history section is replicated 15x.

Been using iOS 27.0 for a week now. Love the UI, but it’s the most buggy OS that @Apple has ever launched on the iPhone.
It’s crazy that this isn’t a beta.
I think reliability has to account for things like this. It's not over provisioning if your infrastructure can temporarily autoscale to handle traffic.
Also why monoliths are not the best.
Some of you are here typing epistle about @investbamboo server crashing, as if your own backend infrastructure isn’t hanging on by prayers and free-tier Supabase limits.
You think building an investment app is the same as OPay or Uber where people are hailing keke every second?
Bamboo is for investing, not urgent 2k transactions happening every milliseconds.
If you expect them to over-provision servers 24/7 just in case a massive, once-in-a-blue-moon market event like Dangote’s IPO happens, then I am sorry but you’ve not built system before. Because, no one scales an app like that especially in a market like Nigeria.
Let’s be serious pls…
