Back in the early 2000s I was busy in O gauge scratchbuilding ironstone quarry locomotives. S&L 34 was built from works drawings but stalled because I couldn't find suitable dome or chimney. Would anyone out there be able to 3D print them? #ogauge #modelrailway #7mmscale #tmrguk

It's looking a bit tarnished after 20 years on a box, but if I can get the parts I need I should be able to get it finished. All scratch-built apart from the wheels and buffers. I produced my own CAD drawings to work from, so have chimney and dome in the files somewhere (on CD!)

I bought this BLI SD40-2 a couple of years ago as a project to patch as a lease unit. I thought the sound was terrible so haven't run it. It's been doing circuits of the track for the last couple of days, and I've decided I love it. Probably needs a new speaker. #tmrguk #tmrgusa
