$ALLR Alternative financing arrangements is a broad term. Maybe a partnership, debt financing, another equity facility, or a combo. ALLR quit a $6M facility B4 the Ph2 readout. If MGMT expects strong data, it might prefer to negotiate from strength vs discounted shares prices.

$ALLR FYI, when a stock falls below $1, it has 30 day to cure itself by closing by above a dollar. If it doesn’t it has 6 months to avg $1 a day for 10 trading days to cure itself with the Nasdaq.
As we got back above $1 on Day 3, we’re good & the clock restarts. If it has to.
$ALLR Inactivity causes stocks to drop when retail/people move on, reinvest elsewhere. Ppl had an expectation of a specific date ( me included) and when that wasn’t met, they move on. Plus short sellers capitalize on the lack of movement.
But no news yet. So…
$ALLR Knowing that Eisai can buy stenoparib back upon a successful trial within 90 days they might be trying to diversify and look for their next target.
Which leads again to believe our trial at least crosses the threshold.

So I wouldn’t count out September yet…

$ALLR I read every PR from Feb ‘25 to present. Feb ‘25 says end of summer ‘26, in November it says end of 2026.
However in June 2nd 25 it says: The trial is expected to generate significant clinical data by late summer 2026.
So we CAN still get prelim results in Sept (1/2)
