Man no wonder these games fail. Narcissistic management creating group think, a bunch of people who gas each other up, then caught off-guard when their games flop because the world isn't a reflection of their personal echo chamber.

I guess I can say it now - so when applicants would apply to the studio, the producer would go through their LinkedIn to see what posts they liked, and if he disagreed with their political/social Like, he'd advocate not to hire them based on their Like.

I actually don't think we need another console generation or any gaming hardware upgrades for awhile. These guys still barely optimize the games they already produce and we know that's not a hardware limitation. Games don't need to look better, they need to play better.
