Sample-prep tips printed with light, not packed by hand: we introduce pSPEC. A robot casts 384 monolith tips at once for fast, reproducible capture-and-digest, feeding standard Evosep LC-MS. ~3,500 protein groups from urine, ~4,800 from saliva in 100 SPD.
