Vote Yes on 3! The passage of Amendment 3 will be the largest property tax relief in a generation. At the same time, local governments will still take in far more in property tax revenue than they would have had revenues merely kept pace with inflation and population growth since 2019.

In just the past seven years, property tax revenues across Florida’s 67 counties have increased nearly 100 percent. Local governments are taking in almost twice as much money—for more than the inflation in population has increased. The State of Florida has reduced its budget FOUR YEARS in a row. Local governments can surely do the same. Amendment 3 creates a path to full elimination of property taxes for homesteaded Floridians. It also provides immediate and meaningful relief for Florida residents by expanding the homestead exemption from non-school property taxes. Vote YES on Amendment 3!

FL Amendment 3 fatigue is real. The naysayers will NEVER convince me there isn't massive amounts of waste, fraud and abuse at the county level. FAFO (Florida Agency for Fiscal Oversight) proved it. They will never convince me to vote no.
