@AmazonUK used to have a decent help service that got you through to a rep who could solve things quickly, but now the whole thing is structured just to fob you off and stop you getting any actual help at all.

Stayed in all day to receive a parcel that needed a code. Delivery didn't bother to ring the doorbell. And there is no way to leave delivery instructions of "actually use the bell". Now I'm not going to be in tomorrow, so how am I going to get it? Just leaves me really angry.
