Probably my favourite version. It's much less bombastic than Olivier's or Branagh's.

One of the all time great Pope Francis moments:
"If you do not love your country, I do not believe that you will be able to love Jesus and love God."
The people cheering give me chills.
"Love for one’s country is love for a mother, we call her “Mother Land”, because we are born here, and she teaches us, as every mother does, to walk, and she is entrusted to us so that she may survive for future generations. This is why I wanted to begin with this reference to the Mother, to our motherland. If you are not patriots – not isolationist patriots – real patriots, you are not going to achieve anything in life. May you love your land, young men and women."
To name one's children after great historical figures or after credit cards... which way, Western man?
Media via: "Meet my sons, Augustus and Napoleon. And meet my daughter, Chase Sapphire."

Another great Skiff episode by @VicAntHol. As the father of two teen boys who do a million school activities, I see a lot of good and decent young men who are going to do great things. Encourage and support them when you can, & a swift kick in the ass when you must.

Great news for Arizona!
Joined @RepCiscomani yesterday at the newly designated Chiricahua National Park!
Chiricahua has been protected as a national monument for more than a century, and now, thanks to @POTUS and @RepCiscomani's leadership, this natural treasure will be preserved as a park for generations!

There are a litany of meta explanations for our increasing social isolation, but paying too much attention to them can serve to rob us of our sense of agency. Host more, go out more... just do things. Because we can, in fact, just do things.
Arizonans are uniquely disposed toward hope. We are a people who imagined a metropolis in a desert and then built it—a people who build canals, dams, and civilization. Thanks @alsatasulaw for cohosting a great Arizona trivia night with @1912Institute at @ASU Law!
A full room at Room To Build, our young professionals mixer with @alsatasulaw.
Lawyers, students, & young professionals gathered to talk Arizona's future: how we build the housing, energy, and infrastructure a growing state needs, and how we keep talented people here to do it.
