Les gouvernements connaissent les vulnérabilités de nos infrastructures. Ils disposent d'informations et d'analyses de risques que le citoyen ordinaire ne possède pas.
Une cyberattaque majeure pourrait paralyser les communications, les paiements électroniques, l'approvisionnement alimentaire et même certains réseaux électriques.
Une spécialiste canadienne recommande maintenant de prévoir sept jours de provisions plutôt que trois.

Je ne veux pas dire qu'on nous cache une catastrophe imminente. Mais j'aimerais bien savoir quels scénarios nos gouvernements envisagent réellement.
Parce qu'à force de nous demander de nous préparer à vivre sans leurs services, une question me vient à l'esprit.
Est-ce qu'ils nous demandent simplement d'être prévoyants, ou est-ce qu'ils savent qu'en cas de crise majeure, ils ne seront peut-être pas capables de nous venir en aide ?

The picture was taken Saturday at the Rogers fire station community room.
In a statement to @AlphaNews, Hennepin County confirmed it forwarded the concern to the city clerk in Rogers for review.
“Hennepin County expects polling places to be welcoming and free from intimidation, harassment, or disruption for voters and election workers alike… Anyone with concerns about conduct at a polling place should bring them to the attention of the head election judge or city clerk's office,” the statement reads.
