Met a Founder yesterday that bootstrapped for 8 years and sold his company for $40M. That’s the story of entrepreneurship, long, unglamorous and worth it in the end. It’s not about speed, just stay in the game with consistency, the reward comes later.

A couple weeks ago I went out to parties for the first time in years. It was fun being with the boys but I didn’t miss the crowds. I’m in my Dad era, loving life with my twins. My best moments these days is hearing two giggles, holding cuddles, and picking them up over my head.

Dec. 23: 218lbs and looked sloppy. July 23: 203lbs and feel ripped. 15lbs down! Simply with consistency with my workouts. All you have to do is show up, even when you’re not in the mood. But don’t think of it as a 7 month transformation. The only day that matters is today.

In 2021 I launched a social platform, Joy+ 1.0. It was good but over the years we found ways to improve it - But instead of building on top of the old code, we built a new one from scratch. Joy+ 2.0 is 10x better and it’s now available in the Apple App Store and Google Play! 🚀

Turned 46 today and woke up blessed! 🎉 I told wifey that although I’m grateful for the moment, today is the official countdown to 50! 🤣 We got big plans for where we want to be in the next 4 years, & our optimism couldn’t be brighter! 🏝️ Gratitude + Optimism = Execution! 🎯

Here washing dishes reflecting on the past few years of sacrifice and obsessive work on the business, only to look out into the family room to see my wife and twin daughters giggling. Bills paid, house clean, profit made. It was only 3 years ago when this was all just a dream.

My fellow young men, I’m 45 years old and waited until after marriage until I had kids. It was a rule I made for myself when I was 16. It’s easy to be with a woman - not as easy to stay disciplined & keep that promise. But if you do, it’ll be one of the best things you ever do.

Driving home my twin newborns had me feeling emotional. It starts with gratitude but the focus is safety. I never checked every single car mirror I had so many times in my life. The car was full and so was my heart. My wife and kids arrived home safe and now the journey begins.

To my amazing wife: Your strength, patience, and courage as you go beyond 9 months pregnant with our twins have shown me what true heroism looks like. This is a testament to your sprint because you’re doing it with grace and love. I’m truly inspired and endlessly grateful.

I’m a Realtor turned Tech Biz Owner. People know that if you flip a house you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars which is amazing! But not everyone knows that if you flip a tech company you can make hundreds of millions of dollars. I’m not exiting just yet. Just saying.

Happy Family Day! This will be my last family day w/o kids. My wife & I are expecting twins soon! I’m currently in 🇯🇲 dreaming of bringing the family either here or somewhere else nice next Feb. If you have kids & a spouse hug them up today b/c I can’t wait till it’s my turn!

It’s starting to feel like Christmas! In past years during this time I was always busy hunting down the perfect gifts to give, and yes, I was shopping today, but there’s a calming presence amongst my wife and I because we already gave each other our all when we exchanged: I do.
