Thank you, Nechako Lakes. I'm honoured to be your MLA, and I'll work hard for every one of you, whether you voted for me or not. Over these last few weeks I've driven from Fort St. James to Southside, from Houston to Cluculz Lake, and everywhere I went people opened their doors and told me what matters to them. I'm taking those conversations to Victoria, starting with our health care, our ER closures and our forestry jobs. To every volunteer who put up a sign, knocked on a door or drove someone to vote, thank you. To my family, who kept the farm running while I was on the road, I couldn't have done this without you. And thank you to John Rustad for his support. This is home, and I'm proud of what we did together. #NechakoLakes

Thank you, British Columbia. Tonight, you voted for change. You voted for a government that will listen, keep life affordable, and never take your hard-earned money for granted. I want to thank every volunteer who knocked on doors, made calls, and put up signs in the rain. I want to thank our candidates, who stepped forward in a snap election with no time to spare. And I want to thank my wife Shelley and my family for standing beside me every step of the way. To those who didn’t vote for us: I will work just as hard for you. This is your government too. The work starts now. Let’s get to it.

Thank you, Surrey! 2,500 of you packed the room tonight, and the energy was incredible. I’m so grateful to every single person who came out. Looking at that crowd, I saw the people who keep British Columbia going. Hard workers. Builders. Families who’ve given so much to this province and deserve a government that finally works just as hard for them. Surrey is ready for change and strong leadership. On October 24th, vote Conservative.

Thank you to the Stuart Lake Men's Shed for having me in Fort St. James. One of the interesting topics a long time resident raised was the museum and the Friends of the Museum. We have often brought company to visit the museum over the years. It was interesting to hear the perspective on how it’s changed and the suggestion for more local influence again. As MLA, I will listen and do what I can to support you in building your communities based on the unique opportunities in each. Please come out and vote! #NechakoLakes

This is beyond the pale. Four members of the Canadian Armed Forces lost their lives in a horrific fire at CFB Wainwright. Two were from British Columbia: young men from North Vancouver and Langley. Dozens more were injured. While their families grieve, David Eby used the moment at a campaign event to push his narrative about Conservatives and separatism. He talked about mourning “our true heroes” and then pivoted straight into attacking the opposition. When called out, he scrambled to say he would never use their sacrifice for political advantage. This type of rhetoric is unacceptable. Actions speak louder than words. This NDP government has failed on jobs, housing, resources, and common sense. Now they’re failing basic decency. These heroes and their families deserve respect, not to be dragged into political games. Do Better.

I grew up on our family farm near Vanderhoof, and I still work there today. Agriculture, forestry and mining aren't just industries here. They're how families in Nechako Lakes make a living, and they keep our towns alive. I'll stand up for the people who do that work, and I'll fight to keep those jobs here at home. Advance voting is open through Wednesday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the places on this graphic, and election day is Saturday, October 24. I'd be honoured to have your support. #NechakoLakes

Hi, I'm Diane Black. My family has been ranching and farming in the Nechako Valley for three generations, and I still work on the farm. I'm running because I think we can fix health care and get life affordable again, for our seniors and for the families coming up behind them. Advance voting is open through Wednesday, October 21, and election day is Saturday, October 24. I hope you'll join me in electing a Conservative government in BC.

British Columbians are tired of your secret deals on the back of taxpayer dollars. British Columbians are tired of you lying just to protect your job. 400 Crown land parcels. Confidential documents. NDAs forced on forest companies. Plans to strip logging rights with little or no compensation. All hidden before the election. I signed 435 agreements with First Nations as minister. More than anyone in modern Canadian history. We engaged communities and landowners first. We protected private property. We got projects done instead of shortchanging forestry families. This Saturday let’s send this government a message.

British Columbians should be angry. David Eby is burning more than $80 million of your money on a snap election nobody asked for, and there's only one reason: to save his own job. Let me be clear. Ask around Victoria: had he not called this election, his own caucus would have turned on him and he'd be sitting on the back bench. This isn't leadership, it's self-preservation, and you're paying for it. Next Saturday, let's send David Eby a message.

What a beautiful ride across the lake this morning, and then some really passionate discussion about the state of our world and the future of our riding. Thank you to everyone who came out. You've helped me better understand the issues our region is facing, and I'm grateful for that. Advance voting is open through Wednesday, October 21, and election day is Saturday, October 24. I'd be honoured to have your support.

My heart is with CFB Wainwright this weekend. I'm praying for the soldiers we lost, the injured, and every family waiting for news. Thank you to the firefighters, medics and hospital staff from Alberta and Saskatchewan who answered the call

Thank you to everyone at Autumn Services in Fraser Lake for welcoming me yesterday, and for all the work you do in our community. You help seniors stay in their own homes, close to the family and friends who matter most. My aunt used to drive for Meals on Wheels, and my mom actively volunteers in Vanderhoof for Neighbourhood Link. These organizations need help helping those in need! The men (and one wise woman) at the Men's Shed had some really solid questions, and I appreciated their feedback. The folks at Silver Birch Lodge have an exciting building project ready to go. I hope to work with them to move it forward. It's time for more seniors care in Fraser Lake! Advance voting is open through Wednesday, October 21, and election day is Saturday, October 24. I'd be honoured to have your support. #NechakoLakes

This is what HOPE looks like. 500+ construction workers, showing up to hear @LDoerkson talk about restoring confidence in home building, and around their kitchen tables. The lost decade can come to an end. Vote.

Tonight I'm joining MP Ellis Ross at his town hall in Burns Lake, from 6 to 8 PM at Heritage Church, 125 1st Ave. It's a chance to sit down together and talk about the issues facing families in our communities, from the rising cost of living to access to health care close to home. Please come out, say hello, and tell me what matters most to you. I hope to see you there.
