The key is to be surrounded by people with the same mindset as you but people whose mindset is higher, better standards, and stronger. In time your mind will be like theirs.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, listen to this piece of music. Within about 30 seconds, your breathing may begin to change. What soothes the body is the silence between the notes. 🎶

'Average looks out. Elite looks in', wrote James Clear. His teaching is that the best people look in at themselves, at who they are, their beliefs and standards, as to how to improve and do better. They seek on self understanding and awareness. This is their higher mindset.

Life is all about the pictures you put in your head and what they make you feel, act, and believe.

They key clue to how your future will be is how you are using your mind today. To learn and apply new skills and your own talents or watching online social media clips and playing games. A truth most don't want to hear.

There is a real movement of people, singles and couples, away from the mass culture. Those that stay home away from the fast paced world or who seek solitude far from the madding crowds. It's a growing sub culture of souls who don't want to be part of the full on 24/7 society.

I've reached a point in life where I genuinely can't stand fake people anymore. The sweet-talkers. The show-offs. The people who are constantly performing a personality instead of actually having one. It's so fucking exhausting. And honestly, it's cringe. Like I can see what you're tryna do. I can see who you are and who you're trying so desperately "pretending" to be. What I really want is real. Raw conversations. Uncomfortable honesty. People who say what they mean and mean what they say. Not charm, I want character. I don't want to be impressed by you. I want to believe you. Because once you’ve seen enough of these "masks", authenticity is the only thing that feels attractive.

Social media is just one fame game. People only following accounts with lots of followers or posting video or posts they have copied pretending to be theirs to get followers and numbers. Where it was an exciting place it has descended into a pit of desperate ego promotion.

This is the era of the free thinker. The soul who has separated themselves from the mass mentality. The person who can observe life at it really is and see through it. The individual who can conceive what needs to be created and a future place where and how it lives.

You have freedom running through your blood into the depths of your mind. Honour your ancestors and be free and independent in your thinking and use that free mind to resist the way the world wishes you to believe.

You can keep your news. I'm sitting in my little coffee shop and the world is around me. People of all types, all ages, backgrounds and stories, interests and lives, and they all get on and enjoy coffee together. These are my daily headlines.

You can always find people online and offline who in your eyes are living a better life than you. But what you can always do more is have better thinking about your life and yourself that means others may be looking at you and wishing they were living your way.

Reminder to always check in with yourself on your own beliefs, views, and standards for life because the world today is good at taking them over.

Depth. Something the average human does not experience now. Life is a shallow existence of watching social media clips and buying things to impress others. Those who live deeper with meaning are those that truly experience what it is to live.
