When a player calls clock on another player the floor comes over and asks the dealer "has he had enough time", typically the answer is yes, at which point the floor starts the clock. It is essentially the dealer that is determining if the player had enough time or not. So why is the floor needed? The dealer can decide, and just start the clock. @WSOP

The debate on who is hurt and who has an advantage with "Action" Clocks (just for you @SavagePoker 😀) shouldn't be between "pros" and "recs" it should be; It hurts anyone that wants to tank for a long time in order to gain a pay jump. It hurts people that like to / need to have a long time to make a decision. It doesn't hurt people that act quickly. I think that's about it? There are many Pros that act quickly, and very rarely use time banks; and there are many recs that take a lot of time over decisions, and are forever stalling.

New @PokerTDA procedure: When levels go up, the dealer is now permitted to raise the blinds and the floor while they should still be announcing it is not the ONLY way the blinds will be raised. Players not in big blind will help dealers I’m sure, 😅 pokernews.com/news/2026/07/t…

These signs are now all over the casino. However, Rule 64 may not have existed last year, but NRS 465.075 has been law since 1985 and breaking it is a felony. So why was nothing done last year at the main event final table by the casino, and why has no action been taken against the offenders since? There is plenty of evidence. If someone was stood by a blackjack table crunching numbers, the casino wouldn't stand for it!

You are allowed to play WSOP online at the same time as playing WSOP live. So what happens when you make the last 3 tables of a live event and you are still in an online tournament? Phones are banned from the last 3 tables live. Are you expected to choose which one you want to play? Or will there be an exception made? @WSOP @RealKidPoker @audavidb @wsoponline

What's the most often broken rule in tournament poker? Being on your cellphone when you have a live hand. It is also the least enforced rule by dealers, probably because they just get fed up of it being ignored by players. I wish the TDA would introduce a 2 step penalty to go along with this rule. 1. First offense, player receives a warning 2. Second a subsequent offenses, hand is immediately declared dead. @SavagePoker

Just watched the Matusow movie on AnazonPrime. I have known and played against @themouthmatusow since the 1990s, and as an old School player myself I love to see footage from back then. Best part was seeing the cats. Sorry to see the passing of Flash, but you clearly love them all to bits, and he had a good long life. 21 is amazing for a cat. I love cats myself and currently have 4 at home. I also lost one a few years ago, aged 16. It's really hard to see them deteriorate at the end. 😿 You must stay off the drugs. We don't want to remember you as another Stu Unger. Would recommend this for any poker player to watch. I give it 5 stars.

Addiction to phones in a young family out for an evening meal. Kids playing games, adults looking at social media. Zero social interaction. Very sad.

So many poker players crying over not getting a ticket into the $5m freeroll. A ticket is valued at $2,000. Get over it. 🙄
