I can't believe it, but Warner Bros. actually RELEASED their copyright claim on my episode about #CharlieandtheChocolateFactory. 🤯 It was clearly fair use, but I still didn't expect this to happen, so thanks to whoever clicked that li'l "release claim" button 👊
YouTube hates being YouTube.
They want to be Netflix.
They want to be Facebook.
They want to be TikTok.
They're slowly removing everything that makes the platform unique. What's next? Instituting a 10 minute time limit so views are spread across multiple videos?
Did YouTube hide the "autoplay" button on desktop or am I going insane? Every video I click on autoplays to the next on the playlist without my consent and I can't find a way to turn it off.
If they did hide it that's another sneaky, dirty way of artificially inflating views.
I just gave "views" to about 6 videos while scrolling through my home page. Couldn't tell you their titles, thumbnails, what they're about, etc... yet YouTube thinks these views are worth something?
This may be the single worst change YouTube has ever made.

Today is a special day, for my father hast senteth me a meme for the first time in our house’s illustrious history.
Just wrapped up a 4 hour recording session only to realize I used the wrong, corrupted memory card…
… every frame of footage ruined. Voiceover is okay but it’s gonna be rough re-recording all this A-roll again… I suck at A-roll…
And I was already a day behind schedule! 🤗
Imagine contributing to the brain rot of 500,000,000 children, and actively making the world a worse place by producing such brain-dead content a goldfish could understand it. No critical thinking required.
