I have been telling investors for MONTHS retail is hot down here and a year ago I was pleading to my clients to buy retail back when it was still cheap. The numbers were great and people were just afraid. I still think retail is still at a healthy place but with bigger players absorbing more product, the caps won't work for most.

Shorten the game to 40 minutes. The same as almost every other basketball league in the world.
It would reduce injuries and ad inventory. But it would increase ratings to compensate.

36 years since his passing. Time and time again, history has proven this man right.
That's actually really solid. That's excellent value for a player like this.

We have agreed to the following terms with the Chicago Bears, pending a physical.
Great insight. The reality is, this is how All Pro players get aquired. You have to pay a premium.
The BTS of how the Jeffery Simmons deal came together, according to multiple league sources.
Having checked in with the Titans several times over the last couple weeks, the message was he’s not available. But this is a reminder, as one team said: “Everyone has a price.”
The reality is that these two GMs — Mike Borgonzi and Ryan Poles — know each other from their days together in Kansas City.
The Bears, according to multiple sources, made a push for DeForest Buckner as well, but didn’t feel comfortable with the draft capital Indy wanted.
Instead, they then pivoted to arguably the best DT in football in Simmons, with the feeling that he changes the entire complexion of the defense and makes them a bona fide Super Bowl threat.
After hearing from as many as 3 other teams inquiring on Simmons, the Titans simply felt that Chicago’s offer had reached a price where “we could not say no anymore.”
That’s when this thing became serious, and that’s why it happened so quickly.

Simmons is currently ranked 1st in the league in ESPN Pass Rush Win Rate.
This deal should move Super Bowl odds.
