Therapists really be out here saving lives...What kind of work is that? To hold space in your being for other people’s pain, transformation, joy, and sorrow...I’m amazed. Thank God for the gift of these people.

a year ago i lost my best friend to suicide, 4 months ago i started a company promoting suicide prevention & bring awareness to mental health so no one else loses someone in that way. be the change u wanna see in this world ✨🤍

THIS IS IT. Someone close was on several medications at a young age bc of migraines,depression&anxiety. I’m starting my PhD in the fall for Clinical Psyc to make sure no other children have to deal with it the way she did. If you can’t change for yourself, change for someone else

Seven years ago I sat in a hospital as the doctor uttered those words, ‘I’m sorry, there’s no heartbeat’. Today I started my PhD in stillbirth/preterm research at that same hospital... because a mother’s love never dies. #ForAurora
