Matisse’s biggest challenge yet Tuesday
Deni Advija-who went to the line 12 times in his last outing.
Looking forward to see how he holds his own especially considering he’s seen his game particularly up close as prior teammates.

The Lakers got incredible value with two legit 3&D players making just $6.3 million combined.
Hopefully, both are part of the team's long term plans.

I said before the leap we need Austin to take is not just him taking a higher volume of shots but gettin back to bein a more efficient 3 point shooter and limiting his turnovers. Its the only way for Luka and Austin to work as a backcourt

The two most expensive rosters in the NBA haven’t gotten a win yet this season.

The reason why i thought Mamu startin at PF couldve worked was for games like this where teams with size could dominate us on the glass. We dont match up well with certain teams that run double big lineups to start. Cavs, Jazz, OKC, Wizards, Magic, Heat, & Rockets gone be tough
This is the right approach and when guys are locked into longterm deals, stuff like this doesnt matter if the team is having success. He's gonna get his no matter wut
🚨 Quinton Grimes on starting or coming off the bench
“It’s been great. No matter what, whoever starts, whoever comes off the bench, we got a great group of guys that just want to win. We want to compete, we want to win. Everybody knows our roles on the team, that’s been clear since day one. So it doesn’t matter who starts or comes off the bench. We’re just trying to rack up wins.”

I’m noticing a trend here. The Lakers have struggled defensively to start games but have been DOMINANT coming out of halftime.
Third quarter scoring through the first two games:
vs. Warriors: 36-16
vs. Clippers: 39-26
That’s a combined 75-42 advantage coming out of halftime.
What’s interesting is that both teams scored 30+ in the opening quarter before the Lakers completely changed the momentum after halftime.
Interesting… Let’s see what happens here
Hope the Lakers dont try to get cute on this back to back comin up Tuesday/Wednesday. Keep playing ur guys and stacking wins while yu can
