THE BINANCE HACK JUST SHOWED THE POWER OF NOT GIVING UP ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL Binance got hacked, but Tether made a smart move by freezing USDT associated with the hacker’s addresses. Think about that for a moment. The hacker may successfully steal assets, but once Tether blacklists an address holding USDT, those USDT can effectively become unusable from that address. This is a power Tether has because USDT is centrally issued and its contracts retain administrative controls. And this is exactly why I've always said that renouncing a token contract isn't automatically a good thing. The same principle applies to Giant Token ($GTAN). Because we haven't renounced the contract and retain administrative controls, the contract has the ability to blacklist addresses and restrict blacklisted wallets from selling/transferring $GTAN, where the contract's blacklist functionality applies. Imagine someone exploits the ecosystem and steals a massive amount of $GTAN. Would you rather we sit there helplessly because the contract was renounced, or have the ability to blacklist the malicious address and protect the ecosystem? This is the power of NOT RENOUNCING A CONTRACT. Of course, such power comes with enormous responsibility. The community must be able to trust that those controls will not be abused against legitimate holders. Centralization has its disadvantages, but moments like this also demonstrate why emergency administrative controls can sometimes become a security feature. Sometimes, what people criticize as “control” is exactly what becomes useful when something goes terribly wrong. SECURITY IS ALSO PART OF BUILDING.

RE: SENATOR ROCHAS OKOROCHA’S REMARKS ON PETER OBI’S SINGLE-TERM COVENANT We have reviewed Senator Rochas Okorocha’s comments on Channels Television’s Politics Today. We accept his description of Peter Obi as “a fantastic gentleman; clear in his head.” On the claim that a single term is “a four-year gambling,” we respectfully disagree. Section 135(2) of the 1999 Constitution provides that a President shall leave office after four years and may seek a further four years. In law, “may” is permissive, not mandatory. A single term is therefore constitutional. It is not a gamble. Nigeria already tested an eight-year tenure between 2015 and 2023. The result was rising inflation, a weakened naira, soaring public debt, widespread poverty, and insecurity across the country. That is the real balance sheet of prolonged tenure without performance. Peter Obi’s offer is a performance bond, not a gamble. He has pledged to serve one term, to be judged strictly by results, and to hand over power in 2031 in recognition that it is the turn of the North. This is sacrifice for national stability. Leadership is measured by impact, not duration. Nigeria’s problem has never been insufficient time. It has been the repeated failure to use time well. Mr. Obi proposes to reverse that culture: one term dedicated entirely to delivery. When a man entitled to eight years voluntarily chooses four and invites the nation to judge him by results, he is not gambling. He is sacrificing. This is not a gamble. It is a rescue mission with a deadline. Signed, Mallam Ibrahim Hussain Abdulkarim Director-General National Campaign Council Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) #VoteNDC #NigeriaWillBeOK

Dear @cz_binance and the entire Binance team, In this difficult moment, I want you to know that you are not alone. Whatever challenges you may be facing right now, please remember that even the strongest institutions encounter storms, but what truly defines them is not the storm itself, but the courage, resilience, and determination with which they rise again. If the reports of this security breach are confirmed, I can only imagine the weight of this moment on you and the entire Binance family. Beyond the technology, the financial implications, and the public attention, there are people working tirelessly behind the scenes, carrying the responsibility of protecting millions of users who have placed their trust in your platform. I want you to know that I and my entire family stand with you in this tough season. Our hearts are with @cz_binance , the @binance team, and everyone affected by this unfortunate situation. Please do not allow this moment to define the entire journey. Challenges may shake confidence, but they can also become opportunities to demonstrate even greater strength, transparency, and commitment. We pray for wisdom for the leadership, strength for the team, and a successful recovery from this situation. @cz_binance , remain strong. To the entire @binance family, take heart. The road may be difficult today, but this moment does not have to be the end of your story. May God grant you wisdom, courage, and the strength to overcome this challenge. May this difficult season give way to renewed confidence, stronger security, and brighter days ahead. We stand with you. We believe in resilience. And we pray for better days for Binance and everyone affected. With heartfelt solidarity, -From the Kennedy's

Sometimes, you as the buyer of a project need to take responsibility for your own actions. It's not every time someone calls a token that you quickly rush to buy without doing your own research. You take your money out of a reasonable token you've been holding, only to jump into another trending token because you're looking for some quick XX and hoping to make extra cash for Christmas celebrations. Sometimes, it's simply your greed that dealt with you. Nobody forced you to buy. You took your own funds and made the investment yourself. Man up and take responsibility for your decision. Secondly, if you're someone who has built integrity and genuinely cares about your community, BE VERY MINDFUL OF THE TOKENS YOU GET INVOLVED WITH. Don't rubbish the integrity you've built over time because of a few dollars. Some of these people approaching you to call their projects may simply want access to your community so they can dump their bags on them, and when things go wrong, your reputation goes down with it. I have so many tokens presented to me in my DMs, but I've made my position clear. My focus remains primarily on $GTAN, already existing tokens within the SMC Ecosystem, and a few others outside it. Even with those others, I can personally buy if I choose to, but I'm not shilling anyone. Your reputation and the trust of your community should be worth more than a paid call. Above all, LET EVERYONE LEARN TO OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES. Not every loss is someone else's fault. Sometimes, you made a bad decision. Learn from it and move forward.

To all Giant Wallet users currently experiencing KYC verification issues while trying to withdraw USDT to their local bank accounts, please bear with us. We are currently carrying out some major upgrades to the Giant Wallet system, particularly to ensure we meet the necessary regulatory and compliance requirements in Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana. As we continue to grow, there are certain standards and regulations we must comply with to ensure we are building something sustainable, secure, and reliable for everyone. Unfortunately, these upgrades are temporarily affecting fiat withdrawals for some users. Our team is already working on this, and we expect everything to be rectified within the next few hours. Please bear with us. We are not just building a wallet for today; we are building an ecosystem that will stand the test of time. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. 🙏🏾 We keep building!

‼️ IF GOD ALLOWED POLYGAMY IN THE OLD TESTAMENT, DID HE SUDDENLY CHANGE HIS MIND IN THE NEW TESTAMENT? 🤔 This is perhaps one of the most intelligent questions arising from my recent discussion on polygamy, and I think it deserves a proper theological response. If Abraham, Jacob and David had multiple wives, and God still worked through them, how can Christians now argue that polygamy is inconsistent with God’s design for marriage? DID GOD CHANGE HIS STANDARD, OR HAVE WE MISUNDERSTOOD THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DIVINE PERMISSION AND DIVINE APPROVAL? Here is something important. In Matthew 19:8, Jesus explained that Moses permitted divorce because of the hardness of human hearts, but immediately added, “FROM THE BEGINNING IT WAS NOT SO.” Now, Jesus was specifically discussing divorce, not polygamy. But His argument reveals an important theological principle: SOMETHING CAN BE PERMITTED OR REGULATED WITHIN A PARTICULAR COVENANTAL CONTEXT WITHOUT REPRESENTING GOD’S ORIGINAL DESIGN. The Mosaic Law regulated polygamous households (Deuteronomy 21:15–17). That regulation protected existing family obligations; it did not necessarily establish polygamy as the ideal form of marriage. And when Jesus explained marriage, He appealed beyond the patriarchs and the Mosaic legislation to Genesis 2:24, where a man cleaves to his wife and the two become one flesh. SO THE QUESTION IS NOT WHETHER GOD EVER TOLERATED POLYGAMY. THE QUESTION IS WHETHER POLYGAMY REPRESENTS THE MARRIAGE PATTERN CHRIST CALLS HIS FOLLOWERS TO EMBRACE. God’s character does not change. But the history of biblical revelation includes situations in which God regulates human practices that do not fully express His creational intention. This is why Christian theology cannot be constructed merely by asking, “Who did this in the Old Testament?” We must also ask, “WHAT DOES JESUS REVEAL ABOUT GOD’S DESIGN?” And that is where I believe the argument for Christian monogamy becomes particularly compelling. GOD DID NOT NEED TO CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT MARRIAGE FOR CHRIST TO CALL PEOPLE BACK TO ITS BEGINNING. Now, let me ask those defending polygamy a sincere question: DOES GOD’S REGULATION OF A PRACTICE NECESSARILY MEAN HE PRESENTS IT AS HIS IDEAL? Let’s discuss this biblically.
