🚨 The Secret Origins of Robin DiAngelo's White "Anti-Racist" Cult You've heard that it's impossible to be racist against white people. That all white people are inherently racist. That the only solution is to "do the work." Where did this all come from? You might know of Critical Race Theory, but there's another source for these ideas you've never heard about. I undertook an unprecedented investigation into the origins of these ideas, pulling documents and microfilms from university special collections and sending people into "anti-racism" workshops with hidden cameras. Here's a summary: • Stokely Carmichael, the Marxist-Leninist founder of the Black Power movement, kicked all the white people out of his organization and told them to "educate other white people" in his views. • Robert Terry, a white man, developed his philosophy of "New White Consciousness" based on Carmichael's views, explaining "we have met the enemy, and they are us." • After the Detroit riots of 1967, Michigan Governor George Romney engages in "riot insurance" by funding racially militant projects. • White K-12 educators receive this funding and teach New White Consciousness. One of these teachers, Alan Hurwitz, gets addicted to crack and becomes a famed serial bank robber. Another, Patricia Bidol, invents to "Power + Prejudice" definition of "racism." • These educators train with the NTL Institute, an organization founded by U.S. intelligence's former director of the "psychological warfare center for the Far East." There they learn psychologically manipulative education techniques that allow them to “form ideology for other people.” • The National Education Association, America's largest teachers union, trains teachers in these ideas nationwide. • Judith Katz, author of the infamous Smithsonian “Aspects & Assumptions of Whiteness” infographic, refines the techniques of "anti-racism" training and drastically increases their popularity. • Robin DiAngelo plagiarizes her predecessors' ideas wholesale, while citing none of them. All of this and so much more is exposed in my new book Redefining Racism, released TODAY. Learn more from the video below. Follow the link in the next tweet to read it for yourself. 🔽

Abdul Sayed has never supported Islamism or advocated for any kind of violence. But here’s Eli Lake wearing a tshirt of Menachem Begin who led a Zionist militant group that bombed the King David Hotel, killing almost one hundred people.
Does the left understand how ridiculous it looks to claim anti-Sayed Democrats are more loyal to Israel than America, while simultaneously claiming that any inquiry into El-Sayed’s very real links to the Muslim Brotherhood is an unwarranted attack on his patriotism?

“Two of our terrorists were killed, so we’re gonna destroy entire city blocks and make completely unrelated people homeless” I don’t think most Israelis understand just how deranged that sounds to the rest of the world
A war is coming to the West Bank Yesterday Palestinian resistance fighters conducted a surgical strike against Israeli occupation soldiers, fully in accordance with international law. In response, Israeli government immediately announced that they will do war crimes and started doing war crimes. All the Palestinian villages in the West Bank are under siege, the city of Hebron is under siege. IDF is demolishing house after house, raiding family after family. They said they want to turn Hebron into Rafah. More than 250 families were kicked out into the streets with nothing. People slept on the street last night. The Israeli election is in 3 days, and the Netanyahu-Smotrich government is going to use this to start a war in the West Bank. The only way to stop this is pressure from all directions. We know it works. International pressure worked for the besieged house in Qusra, which still belongs to the Palestinians because of the all-around attention. It can work for Hebron too. But it will require EVERYONE reading this doing everything they can to stop this. Call your representative, hold a demonstration, organise direct action against the occupation’s assets abroad. Keep attention on the West Bank. ACT NOW.

If this is true, I’m so happy to hear. Children’s bodily autonomy is important to maintain, and an ally like Elon could do much to change the culture. @elonmusk thank you for sparing your son.

Worth remembering.
If you oppose wokeness, you ought to fully oppose Zionism. Zionism is by definition ethno-nationalist identity politics. It weaponizes victimhood culture for financial and social support. It believes like Ibram Kendi that “the only remedy for past discrimination is present discrimination.” Many Western pro-Palestinian leftists are woke too, and that often makes them obnoxious and counter-productive activists. But the Palestinian cause is itself not woke; it’s about respecting Palestinian property rights to their own land. Meanwhile, the Zionist cause is woke to its core.

Hmm… Which am I?
I’m well aware Sacha Baron Cohen is a Zionist who holds views that are hypocritical and cause harm to come to Palestinians. He’s still one of the greatest comedic performers of all time, and you shouldn’t follow the woke path of throwing out the art with the artist.

We @adc are again on the frontlines of the fight against CBP’s abuse of its authority at the border. The agency has been using the border search exception to punish and retaliate against journalists, activists and lawyers who express views contra to the Administrations— as it did in our other two cases on behalf of @MaxBlumenthal and lawyer Jalal Shehadeh—by insisting on accessing the contents of their phones, and seizing those devices when such access was refused. Our new client Muhammad Imam protested, when he explained that as a psychiatric nurse, his phone contained confidential patient data and so he refused to permit CBP access. CBP punitively took his phone and laptop, as well as those belonging to his wife, and revoked his global entry status. We have hearing tomorrow in the eastern district of Virginia, where we will demand an explanation for CBP’s unlawful conduct. Read article by @matthew_petti, who has done an amazing job following this issue, below

To those who make the sweeping stereotypical claim that "Palestinians are incapable of governing themselves," please note that Arab majority councils control eighty-five Israeli towns and cities, some with a record of success spanning decades.

What is wrong with liking Harry Potter? Now if you think it’s the best literature out there, okay that’s silly. But it’s creative and engaging. Rowling is immensely talented. She’s not James Joyce; but she is a much better writer than almost any conservative intellectual or influencer who sneers at her.
An under appreciated aspect of the malfoid discourse is that it proves all these chuds who loved to make fun of liberal white women for liking Harry Potter are just as deeply invested in the series

Getting ratio’d for this. Sorry, don’t care. Also Dave Chappell is one of the greatest comedians of all time, and J.K. Rowling the greatest YA author.

When white folks came down to the South to help civil rights protesters they were also mocked similarly, but that’s the whole point. Israelis are much less likely to brutalize or kill a Jewish person than a Palestinian (although the attack on WaPo shows it’s not impossible).
Brad Lander went all the way to Israel hoping that he would get a photo op to show he's being oppressed by the Israeli government, and the best he could do is a sad face picture on an air conditioned bus passing a security checkpoint. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Brad.

Meanwhile, Jerry Seinfeld actually seems like a bad person both personally and politically and the only comedy from him that was truly great was primarily Larry David’s doing.

Cantonization was rejected by both sides in the British Mandate era, but it was a much better idea than partition. Worth revisiting given the failure of any other solution.
Since yesterday, Daniel Klein, professor of economics at George Mason University and Juan Cole, professor of history at the University of Michigan and the editor of Informed Comment, have signed our petition endorsing a Federal Israel Palestine based on the Swiss canton model. petitions.com/statement_of_s…

This is why I’m an anarchist, and why I say the most important essay to read to understand anarcho-capitalism isn’t actually one of Rothbard’s, but Mises’s Economic Calculation in the Socialist Commonwealth.
Murray Rothbard took Mises's price theory and drove it to a destination Mises never reached. Mises built the case that central planning fails because socialist planners cannot perform rational economic calculation without real market prices. Prices carry information that no committee can replicate. Rothbard accepted every word of this and asked the obvious follow-up: if state intervention distorts prices and destroys coordination, why stop your critique at the water's edge? Why exempt the state itself from the logic? The answer required property rights. Rothbard grounded everything in self-ownership. You own your body. By extension, you own what you mix your labor with, provided you homestead it from a prior unowned state. Every other right flows from this. Taxation is the seizure of your property under threat of imprisonment. From that foundation, Rothbard constructed anarcho-capitalism systematically, not as a utopian dream but as the logical terminus of taking rights seriously. Defense, arbitration, contract enforcement: private firms supply all of it in a competitive market. His 1973 book "For a New Liberty" laid this out with unflinching precision. His 1982 "The Ethics of Liberty" supplied the philosophical scaffolding. What Rothbard accomplished was a fusion, not a compromise. Mises gave him the economic engine. Locke and Lysander Spooner supplied the moral chassis. The result was a system where aggression has no legitimate institutional home, including Congress, including the Federal Reserve, including every bureaucrat drawing a salary your paycheck funded involuntarily.

I used to ask this question, and then I figured it out. Particularly for Christianity, faith is the means through which the religion’s benefits manifest. They will tell you outright faith is the most important thing, so it’s not like they hide this. It’s easy to see the psychological benefits that accrue from believing that everything happens for a purpose, that there is a greater power watching out for you, that your good deeds will be rewarded in the afterlife, etc. Deep down somewhere most modern Christians know the evidence that their religious texts are true is not compelling, but they suppress this and struggle/fail/refuse to admit it because if they did, their religion would not work. They might come to a faith leader with these struggles, but won’t to an outsider unless they’re actually at the point of considering leaving. When someone asks them to question their faith, even if not intended as an attack, it is in fact received as a direct attack on their spiritual practice. But they can’t tell you this, because to admit it’s about trying to maintain faith despite the evidence is to give up the whole game. It’s a catch 22.
Why is questioning religious beliefs seen as an attack on the religion itself? If God gave you the intellect to question everything, why would He be upset when you use it?

BTW I don’t think Christianity was quite as difficult to practice in pre-modernity, but has become much more challenging because of what we now know about reality. But it was never easy. Much of Christian commentary is about doubt and the various paths for dealing with it.
