EVERY one of my fourth graders logged into our Google Meet or checked in with me today! I can see them actively working on assignments in Google Classroom and in this moment all the planning and preparation seems worth it!

I absolutely love Fibonacci. The sequence is one of the greatest examples that math is all around us and is literally everywhere. I used to have my students research him and make connections around them as we learned algebra and patterns. Happy Fibonacci Day!

Great to see this program started at Bowie State University, Maryland’s oldest HBCU. When our children have teachers and role models that look like them and come from similar backgrounds, they are more likely to succeed. #PrinceGeorgesProud #BowieState
