You’ve probably been following the case of Lindsay Clancy. The mother is accused of killing her three children, and during her trial, she pleaded not guilty, claiming postpartum psychosis.
Aside from her, you have probably heard of another major case: Decarlos Brown Jr. allegedly stabbed 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska in the neck, killing her on a train. He’s now facing first-degree murder charges, but was found unfit to stand trial. He needs to get psychological treatment before the case can go forward.
These two cases are part of a broader trend. We have a mental health crisis. And because of that, we’re also having a crisis on how to handle crimes committed by individuals with mental health issues.

LA has nothing preventing illegal voting, other than taking people's word for it.
This only works in an honest society. The problem is, if someone is willing to illegally vote in the first place, they're willing to be dishonest.
Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.
Trump just put a bounty on fraud
President Donald J. Trump announces the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program:
"All Americans will now be able to go to the fraud.gov and report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities... If you turn somebody in and you let's say report and find $1 billion, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%. That's a lot of money."

This bank policy goes back to Obama. They used it as a type of "risk" management that targeted gun companies and businesses that were otherwise completely legal. The Biden admin expanded it.

Remember over a year ago the ICC was setting up to prosecute Trump and those around him in 2029. The next wave of legal campaigns against Trump are set to be international.
If the ICC could do that against a former US president, it could do it anywhere.
Source for those interested. This is from last year. They were planning to target Trump.

I'm looking into this now. It's actually true. USAID was backing left-wing opposition in Latin America.
I'll be publishing this in an episode soon.
Since we gutted USAID, the left hasn’t won a single presidential election in Latin America.
Billions in taxpayer cash were funding NGOs, “democracy” programs, and activist networks that conveniently always backed the same side. They called it aid but it was election interference.
Thank you @elonmusk for dragging this into the light. The grift is over.
This would make sense. NGOs are extremely powerful in Latin America. Even if USAID wasn't funding operations directly tied to politics, by funding the NGOs it let them have room for other operations.

Makes you wonder how often mistakes like this happen.

The CCP is committing genocide against Uyghurs. It also banned their culture under the ethnic unity law.
This is like watching a serial killer meat puppetting it's victims. An absolutely sickening display meant to protect financial interests.
Good on her. The only way to protect religious expression is to defend it legally when it's infringed
JUST IN: A former senior TD Insurance executive was fired over the line “I am HIS ✝️” in her email signature and is now suing her former employer.
Sonja Denobrega is seeking more than $440,000. She says TD made her remove the Christian line while allowing other employees to include personal pronouns.
TD denies discrimination. It says it fired her for refusing to follow email-signature rules after repeated warnings.
How It Started
The dispute began with another employee, Michelle Tamlin. She added “I am HIS ✝️” to her work email. TD said a coworker complained that readers could take the line as a “micro-aggression” against LGBT employees. The bank ordered Tamlin to remove it. Denobrega then put the same message in her own signature and asked why the company allowed personal pronouns but not a Christian identity.
