This entire 2nd period the Blues are playing slow, lacidaisical hockey. Thats exactly when mistakes and turnovers happen and you can see it plain as day. #stlblues

You can tell when the #stlblues stop paying hard and just coast. It's almost comical. #stlblues

Dvorsky is 10000% more visible today. #stlblues Also, Jiricek, keep shooting those bombs! Eventually that puck is going to get a good bounce and end up in the back of the net. More shots on goal! 👊😎

Caught up with #stlblues Mason McTavish after morning skate at MSG about how he’s adjusting to life with the Blues: “I think the love for the game is always there no matter where you are — I guess a fresh start, you know, you’re excited to meet everybody and get going, but once you’re in the middle of the season with the boys it’s just the best thing ever. It’s what I grew up wanting to do and I’m lucky to be here and I try to never take any day for granted I guess.”

Since all of my bad takes seem to age like moldy cheese, I'm almost positive this #StlBlues team is going to absolutely DOMINATE in the 3rd period with at least 4 goals... gets ready!

Might be a reach here... but tomorrow's game against the Red Wings would be a great time to showcase Dvorsky and Lindstein for Detroit in the potential Edvindsson trade 🤔 #stlblues #LGRW
