You need 600 hours of school and a state license just to paint fingernails in Texas
In Louisiana the government makes you register with the state before you are allowed to arrange flowers in a vase for $16 an hour
I dropped out of high school in Houston and my job pays $8,000 for 6 hours of work with zero degrees
Look at what the government demands before you can earn $20 an hour versus what I do from my laptop:
• Nail tech in Texas: 600 hours of school, $5,000 tuition, state exam -> pays $18/hr
• Barber in California: 1,000 hours of school, $12,000 tuition, state board -> pays $25/hr
• Florist in Louisiana: state permit and inspection -> pays $16/hr
• Business credit consultant: 0 hours of school, $0 tuition, no degree -> pays $8,000 on a single 6-hour file
Here is the job: you help a business owner with a 700+ credit score get approved for $50k to $150k in 0% intro APR business credit cards through business bankers at several banks, and you collect a 10% consulting fee after the money is approved
Why don't you need a banking or lending license to do this? Because you only do consulting prep and the bank is the one lending the money. You never lend a dollar of your own cash, you never hold client funds, and the owner signs a one-page consulting agreement paying your 10% fee only after the bank approves him (some states regulate fee structures, so check your state's fee rules first)
Before I found this business, I was $75k to $90k in debt after Amazon mailed 6,000 bags of salt back to my one-bedroom apartment and an Airbnb went sideways
My first year running files I did $500k in revenue and kept $400k profit with one VA and 2,900 followers, and Hunter is 21 years old hitting $135k months doing the exact same work
Why doesn't the owner just fill out the card application himself? Because the online form usually gives a new LLC a tiny $3k to $5k limit. Having a banker relationship, fixing personal balances first, and applying in the right order is what he pays you 10% for
Here is the entire 6-hour job from start to finish:
1. Get the owner from a referral partner
Call local CPAs, bookkeepers, suppliers, or equipment reps (never pay a bank employee) and ask which of their clients need $50k to $150k for equipment or expansion
2. Say these exact words on the call
"Hey [Name], applying on a bank website usually caps a new LLC at $4k. If your personal score is over 700, I can walk your file through our business bankers at several banks to get $50k to $120k at 0% for 12 to 18 months, and you only pay our 10% fee after you're approved"
3. Check the 5 numbers on his credit report
Verify a 700+ score, $10k+ in existing personal limits, under 30% used, under 5 new cards in 24 months, and no recent lates. Tell him plainly upfront that the cards are personally guaranteed and he needs a payoff plan before the 0% ends
4. Sequence the applications through bankers
Sign the one-page 10% agreement, have him pay down high card balances before statement dates, put his true industry and real numbers on every form, and submit through business bankers in the right order
My first client Trent got $60k at Chase and paid me a $6,000 fee. An $80k file pays $8,000
I'm hosting a free live training this Wednesday at 7pm ET showing:
- Why funding beat Amazon, Airbnb, and day trading
- The $5,000+ yes and how to get referral partners sending you owners
- Overseas VAs doing the paperwork in a 5 to 10 hour week

Drove past a strip mall in Dallas on Tuesday with a 25-year-old kid who got a $10,500 wire notification at a red light
He pointed out the window at a giant "FOR LEASE" sign in the grass
"Every one of those signs is a $10,000 check if you text the number at the bottom."
"What, like you're a real estate broker?"
"Fuck no. I don't have a license and I've never leased a building in my life."
I thought he was bullshitting me until he turned his iPhone screen around
$48,500 in incoming wires over the last 30 days
All in $8,500 to $12,000 chunks
"Wait. How are you pulling $10k off an empty strip mall?"
"Why do you think those 4 units have been sitting empty for a year?"
"Because the landlord wants too much rent."
"Wrong. That's what every retard driving past thinks. Half of those empty storefronts already have a restaurant, a nail salon, or a gym owner begging to sign the lease."
"Then why is the sign still in the grass?"
"Because of the buildout. When a guy wants to open a ramen spot or a medspa in an empty shell, the rent is only $5,000 a month. He can afford the rent all day. Problem is it costs $90,000 to $120,000 up front to put in hood vents, plumbing, chairs, and signage before he can open the doors."
"Okay."
"So the tenant walks into Wells Fargo or Chase asking for a $100,000 business loan to pay for the buildout. And what does the loan officer tell him?"
"No?"
"Automatic rejection. Because the location isn't open yet and doesn't have 2 years of tax returns. So the tenant walks away, the deal dies on the 1-yard line, and the unit sits empty for another 14 months."
"And who gets fucked the hardest when that happens?"
"The commercial leasing agent whose cell number is printed at the bottom of that sign. On a 10-year commercial lease at $5,000 a month, the total lease value is $600,000. His 5% commission is $30,000. He just spent 2 months showing the space and negotiating the lease for $0 because the bank killed his deal."
He opened his text messages and showed me the exact text he sends the numbers on those signs:
"Hey man, saw your sign on Preston Rd. How many tenants have you lost this year because their bank declined the buildout?"
He scrolled up to a thread with a commercial leasing agent in Frisco:
Leasing Agent (Tuesday 3:52 PM):
"Lost another one today lol. Ramen guy loves the end cap unit, 755 FICO, makes great money at his first spot, but Wells Fargo wants 2 years of tax returns on the new LLC for the $110k hood + buildout. Call him before he walks."
Him (Friday 1:15 PM):
"Approved him for $105,000 at 0% across Chase -> Amex -> US Bank. He just wired my $10,500 invoice. Tell the landlord to print the lease."
Leasing Agent (Friday 1:18 PM):
"Bro you are a psycho. You literally just saved me a $31,000 commission. I have a nail salon and a Pilates studio stalled on buildouts in the same plaza, sending both over now."
I just stared at his phone
"Wait. The bank rejects the ramen guy on Tuesday... and you get him approved for the bank's money by Friday?"
"Yeah. The commercial loan officer sits at the loan desk, which demands 2 years of tax returns and P&Ls. I take the exact same tenant to the automated business credit card computer. Our relationship bankers submit his file in bureau order so the inquiries don't collide. The computer only checks his 755 personal credit score, approves his LLC for $105,000 at 0% interest for 12 to 18 months, and never asks for a single tax return."
"So what happens after the 0% ends and it jumps to 24% interest?"
"Not my problem."
"Bro after a year he's gonna have a quarter million dollars in debt."
"Okay, and? He's a grown-ass man that took out a loan. My job is getting him the money. It's his job to figure out what to do now."
"Why wouldn't the ramen guy just apply on the bank's website himself?"
"Because he doesn't know what to type into the 4 boxes on that application that make the bank's computer spit out $40,000 per card instead of $3,000. I do."
"And how much of your $10,500 fee do you kick back to the leasing agent?"
"Kickbacks are illegal bro."
He grinned at me
"I just saved his $31,000 commission check so he'd send me deals for free anyway, but I still slide him $1,500 cash under the table sometimes. You gotta do what you gotta do to make money. Didn't hear it from me though."
Look at his numbers from just 4 commercial leasing agents in DFW feeding him their dead buildouts:
- 5 funded tenants a month
- Average 0% approval: $97,000
- 10% consulting fee to him: $9,700 per deal
- Cash under the table to agents: -$7,500 (didn't hear it from me)
- Net profit in his pocket: $41,000/month
Zero cold calling business owners
Zero ad spend
Zero money lent out of his own pocket
It's a straight 10% consulting fee paid after the money lands (he's not a lender or a broker and never holds client money)
He literally nets $41,000 a month from his laptop rescuing dead strip mall leases for commercial brokers who do all the selling for him
I've been teaching this for 2 years. That's the exact method he learned from me
You don't need a real estate license, a following, or a dollar of your own capital to run this play
You just need to know what to text the number on the sign and which bankers to send the file to
I'm running a free live masterclass TODAY at 7pm ET / 4pm PT, the exact same class he started in, breaking down the entire system from A to Z:
- Why funding is the #1 business model of 2026 (I tried Amazon, Airbnb, and day trading first, and funding beat all 3)
- The $5,000 yes: why business owners need you and how to get them to pay you $5,000+ without lending your own money or being good at sales
- Referral partnerships: how to get partners like that leasing agent sending you business owner leads every week
- Your overseas team: how to hire overseas VAs to do the heavy lifting so you keep the margins
- The 5-hour system: how to land your first client and run the whole thing on 5 to 10 hours a week
If you have a job and 5 to 10 free hours a week, this is the fastest way to start collecting $8,000 to $12,000 checks from your laptop with $0 ad spend
It's tonight, the Zoom room gets capped, and I don't post replays

I pray every night that Wells Fargo and Chase tell more people no
Nothing makes me happier than watching a branch manager look a 45-year-old plumber in the eye, slide his folder back across the desk, and deny him in front of his wife
Because every time a big bank humiliates a guy like that, my phone rings and I make $6,000 to $10,000
Before you call me a sociopath in the replies, let me tell you why that plumber ends up thanking me and sending me his brother-in-law the next week
I run a laptop business where I take business owners who just got rejected or lowballed by their bank and get them approved for $50k to $150k in 0% intro APR business credit cards through business bankers at several banks, and I keep a 10% consulting fee after approval
I know exactly what it feels like when a bank treats you like dirt
A few years ago in Houston I didn't even have a high school diploma, an Airbnb I tried to run went wrong, and I was $75k to $90k in debt with 6,000 bags of returned Amazon salt stacked to the ceiling of my one-bedroom apartment
I was broke and banks wouldn't touch me with a ten-foot pole
Then I learned how bank underwriting works on the business credit side and met my first client Trent
Trent had solid credit and needed capital, but walking into a bank cold gets most owners nowhere. Why doesn't an owner just apply online himself? Because the online form usually gives a new LLC a tiny $3k to $5k limit, while a banker relationship, fixing balances first, and applying in the right order unlocks 10x more. I cleaned up Trent's profile, walked his file through a business banker at Chase, and got him $60,000 at 0%. He paid me a $6,000 fee and was thrilled
My first year doing that I did $500k in revenue and kept $400k profit with one VA and 2,900 followers, spending about 6 hours on a file
Every day thousands of roofers, dentists, and shop owners with 720 scores get told no on equipment loans or get insulted with a $4,000 limit online. Who hears about it first? Their CPA, bookkeeper, supplier, and equipment rep
When you partner with those CPAs and equipment reps (never pay a bank employee for referrals), they send you rejected owners every week. When an owner calls, you say: "The branch turned you down because commercial loans take months of red tape, and the website caps new LLCs at $4k. Since your score is over 700, I can walk your file through our business bankers in the right order to get $50k to $120k at 0% for 12 to 18 months, and you only pay my 10% fee after you're approved"
If a guy calls with a 550 score and no cash flow to pay the money back, I walk away and tell him no. I never lend money, never hold client funds, and sign a one-page 10% agreement upfront (check your state's fee rules first). Every owner is told plainly that the cards are personally guaranteed and he needs a payoff plan before the 0% ends
Once a rejected owner is on the phone, the whole 6-hour job is 3 steps:
1. Check the 5 numbers on his report: 700+ score, $10k+ in existing limits, under 30% used, under 5 new cards in 24 months, and no recent lates
2. Have him pay down personal balances before statement dates and put his true industry and real numbers on every form
3. Submit through business bankers across multiple banks in the right order so an $80k approval pays you $8,000

The US government publishes a free Excel file of small businesses it helped borrow money, with the company name, street address, bank, and exact dollar amount
It sits on a public federal webpage and costs $0 to download
Almost everyone ignores it because the spreadsheet has tens of thousands of rows and looks like accounting homework from 1999
If you know how to filter four columns in that spreadsheet, you are looking at the highest-converting list of clients in business consulting
Here is the business you use it for: you help established business owners with good credit get approved for 12-month 0% intro APR business credit cards like Chase Ink and Amex Blue Business through business bankers at several banks, often $50k to $150k total depending on the file, and collect a 10% fee after approval ($80k approved = $8,000 fee)
Go to data.sba. gov tonight and download the free SBA 7(a) and 504 FOIA loan dataset
Here is what each column in that government spreadsheet tells you and how to filter it:
• Column 1: BorrowerState and BorrowerCity
Filter down to your own state or metro area so you sound like a local neighbor on the phone
• Column 2: ApprovalDate (Filter for 24 to 36 months ago)
This is the move that separates amateurs from pros. Why 2 to 3 years ago? Because a business owner who got an SBA loan in 2023 or 2024 is still operating, already passed strict bank underwriting once (meaning his tax returns and credit were clean), and remembers how painful it was waiting 60 to 90 days for an SBA loan to close. Today he needs another $60k to $120k for another truck or machine, and he dreads going back through SBA red tape
• Column 3: GrossApproval (Filter for $150,000 to $750,000)
Proves the company generates real revenue and that the owner actively uses borrowed money to grow instead of being scared of banks
• Column 4: NAICSCode and BorrowerName
Drop your filtered sheet into Claude and tell it to translate the NAICS codes into plain industries (roofing, dental, HVAC, veterinary, manufacturing) and pull the owner's name and phone number
When you call, don't be weird and read his government loan amount back to him. Say this instead:
"Hey [Name], I work with established [HVAC/dental] owners here in [City]. Most owners who have been in business a few years hate waiting 60 days for bank underwriting every time they need $60k to $120k for equipment. If your personal score is over 700, we package your file through business bankers at several banks for 12-month 0% business credit lines, and you only pay our 10% fee if you're approved"
When an owner applies cold on a bank website, he often gets a tiny $3k to $5k limit; cleaning up his balances first and going through bankers with his true industry and real numbers gets real limits. Sign a one-page 10% agreement upfront (check your state's fee rules), never lend or hold money, and note that cards carry a personal guarantee
That gives you the exact spreadsheet, but you still need to see how to close the $5,000+ fee on the call and how an overseas VA runs the paperwork in 5 to 10 hours a week

Between today and December 31, thousands of roofers and plumbers across America are going to panic-buy a $75,000 work truck because of one IRS rule
Their accountant is calling them this week with the same warning every November
"You made too much money this year. Buy $80k in equipment before New Year's Eve or mail a fat check to the IRS in April"
Problem is, most contractors don't want to drain $80k in liquid cash right before winter, and a traditional commercial bank loan takes two months of paperwork
If you know how to get that contractor approved for $60k to $150k in 0% intro APR business credit cards before December 31, you collect a 10% consulting fee ($6,000 to $15,000 per file) and his CPA hands you the deals
Under IRS rules, the truck, excavator, or medspa laser has to be bought and placed in service before midnight on December 31 to count for this year's write-off. You have a 59-day window right now where business owners are forced to move fast
November 3 to November 14: Build your local partner list
Open Google and pull 50 independent CPAs, bookkeepers, and commercial equipment reps in your city. Never pay a bank employee for referrals, stick strictly to non-bank referral partners like CPAs, bookkeepers, equipment reps, and commercial realtors. Each CPA sits on 40 to 100 local business owners who trust every word he says
November 15 to November 25: Make the one-question call
Call those CPAs and equipment reps and ask one thing: "How many of your business owners need to buy equipment or materials before December 31 for year-end write-offs, but are hesitating because they don't want to wipe out their cash reserves?"
Tell the CPA that when he introduces an owner, you get that client $50k to $150k at 0% interest for 12 to 18 months in about a week, charge the owner a 10% fee only after approval, and pay the CPA a referral split for the intro
November 26 to December 10: Screen the owners on Zoom
When a CPA sends you a roofer or HVAC owner, check five numbers on his personal credit report: a 700+ score, at least $10k+ in existing personal card limits, under 30% utilization, under 5 new cards in the past 24 months, and no recent lates. Sign a one-page 10% consulting agreement upfront (check your state's fee rules first). You never lend money and never touch client funds. Be upfront that the cards are personally guaranteed and he must have a plan to pay them off from his job revenue before the 0% window ends
December 11 to December 30: Sequence the bankers and get paid
Why doesn't the contractor just apply on a bank website himself? Because an online application for a newer LLC usually gets capped at a $3k to $5k limit, which won't even cover the tires on a dump truck. He pays you because you have him pay down the right personal balances before statement dates, put his actual business revenue and true industry on the forms, and submit through business bankers at multiple banks in the exact order that stacks $80k to $120k at once
January 1: The tax deadline slams shut
While this window is open, a contractor who puts an $80k truck on 0% cards before December 31 saves over $20k on his taxes and gladly pays your $8,000 fee. One student of mine made $10k in about 2 hours of work helping one client get $100k, and another student made $11k funding two businesses
I'm breaking down the entire system on a free live training this Wednesday at 7pm ET:

this method sucks and gives generic advice. i know this because capital one gives subpar limits and the last thing you want is a $300 limit starter card.
my method will get you up to $5,000 limits on your FIRST credit card within 3-4 months of this process.. even if you have ZERO credit history.
i normally charge $1k to my clients for this. thank me later.

GTA 6 drops in 17 days and you are about to spend 100 hours robbing a fake bank for fake money
100 hours robbing an actual bank pays about $128,000
Legally, from your couch, without a ski mask, and the bank manager shakes your hand and thanks you for bringing him the file
While every broke guy you know locks himself in his bedroom on November 19, your competition in the real world is dropping to zero
Here is the actual job: you take a local contractor, dentist, or shop owner with a 700+ credit score and get him approved for $50k to $150k in 0% intro APR business credit cards through business bankers at several banks
You charge a 10% consulting fee after the money is approved, signed on a one-page agreement first, and you never lend a dime or hold client money
My first year doing this I did $500k in revenue and kept $400k profit with one VA and 2,900 followers, and a file takes about 6 hours of total work from start to finish
Look at what 100 hours buys you this month:
100 hours on GTA 6:
• Cost to play: $70 game + a PS5
• Time per heist: 6 hours
• Payout: $2,000,000 in fake pixels on a TV screen
• Your checking account in December: minus $70
100 hours running bank files (16 files at 6 hours each):
• Cost to start: $0 inventory, a laptop, and a phone
• Time per file: 6 hours
• Payout at $80k approved per file: $8,000 fee each
• Close just 4 of those 16 files and you bank $32,000 in real cash (close all 16 and that's $128,000)
Here are the 4 missions to clear your first $8,000 paycheck before your friends even finish the storyline:
Mission 1: Find the owner who needs capital
Call local CPAs, bookkeepers, equipment reps, or commercial suppliers (never pay a bank employee for referrals) who work with roofers, medspas, and plumbers. Ask who needs $50k to $150k for equipment or expansion, then call the owner and say: "Hey [Name], your supplier mentioned you're expanding. If your personal score is over 700, I can walk your file through our business bankers to get $50k to $120k at 0% for 12 to 18 months, and you only pay our 10% fee after you're approved"
Mission 2: Check his 5 stats
Have him pull up his credit report and check five things: a 700+ score, $10k+ in existing personal card limits, under 30% utilization, under 5 new cards in the last 24 months, and no recent lates. Tell him plainly upfront that the cards are personally guaranteed and he needs a payoff plan before the 0% ends
Mission 3: Walk the file through the banker
Why doesn't he just apply himself? Because the online form usually gives a new LLC a tiny $3k to $5k limit. Having a banker relationship, fixing balances before statement dates, and applying in the right order with his true industry and real numbers on every form is what he pays you for
Mission 4: Send the invoice
He signs your one-page 10% agreement upfront (check your state's fee rules first). When $80k clears, he wires you $8,000 while your roommate is still stuck on the GTA tutorial mission

The guy who invented Scrub Daddy gave Lori Greiner 20% of his company forever just to get $200,000 on Shark Tank
Scrub Daddy went on to do hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, and she still owns her piece of all of it
Compare that to the guy who started Ring: he walked off that same TV stage with no deal, kept his equity, and later sold his company to Amazon for about $1 billion
Every week millions of people watch Shark Tank and cheer when a founder gives away a fifth of his life's work for $100,000 or $150,000
Do you know how much of your company a bank takes when they approve you for $100,000 in business credit?
Zero percent
And there is a public federal database where you can watch small business owners line up to give away their equity in real time, and call them before they do it
Here is the job: you help profitable business owners with 700+ credit scores get approved for 12-month 0% intro APR business credit cards like Chase Ink and Amex Blue Business through business bankers at several banks, often $50k to $150k total depending on the file, for a one-time 10% consulting fee after approval
How do you find founders actively trying to raise $50k to $150k right now?
Whenever a small US company raises money from the public under Regulation Crowdfunding (on sites like WeFunder or Republic), federal law requires them to file a document called Form C with the SEC
You can search Form C filings for free tonight on EDGAR at sec. gov or browse live raises on WeFunder and Republic:
1. Open the Form C filing for any bricks-and-mortar, food, equipment, or product company raising $50k to $150k
2. Read their exact financial statements, current revenue, and existing debt right inside the filing (skip pre-revenue tech startups burning cash, because credit cards carry a personal guarantee and jump in rate after 12 months, so this isn't right for pre-revenue startups or every founder)
3. Call the founder with actual numbers in hand: "Hey [Name], saw your Form C raise for $100k. Since you guys already have solid revenue, why give up permanent equity when your 700+ personal credit can often unlock $50k to $150k in 12-month 0% business credit through bank relationship managers?"
When a founder applies online alone with a newer LLC, the bank computer often caps him at $3k to $5k. Cleaning up his personal utilization first and walking his true industry and real numbers through business bankers at several banks is what gets him $80k to $120k while keeping 100% of his company
$100k approved = $10,000 fee on a one-page agreement signed first (check your state's fee rules), and you never lend or hold client money
Finding the Form C is step one, but you still need to see how to close the $5,000+ fee on Zoom and how our 5 to 10 hour a week system works
I'm breaking that down on a free live training this Wednesday at 7pm ET

Tom Brady got a $960,000 government loan during Covid and never paid it back
Legally
While you were wiping down groceries with Lysol and still making monthly payments on your student loans, his company TB12 took nearly a million dollars from the $800 billion PPP program and had the whole thing forgiven
People get furious at Brady when they hear that story, and they miss the group of people who actually cleaned up on that $800 billion
Banks and lenders collected billions in processing fees, and written right into the program rules was a clause that let "agents" who helped business owners prepare the applications collect a percentage cut on the deal
Money in America always flows to the person who knows which form to file and which banker to call
Today PPP is gone, but that exact same middleman seat exists in commercial banking: you help a local business owner with good credit get approved for 12-month 0% intro APR business credit cards through business bankers at several banks, often $50k to $150k total depending on the file, and collect a 10% consulting fee after approval
Even better, that $800 billion PPP program left behind a free lead list you can open tonight
Every PPP loan is public record. You can search the database by city or zip code on ProPublica's PPP tracker or download the raw files straight from data.sba. gov
Every row shows you the exact business name, street address, industry, loan amount, number of jobs, and the lender they used
Filter your own zip code for companies that took a PPP loan between $50,000 and $150,000. Think about why that destroys any cold lead list on Google Maps:
• To qualify for $50k to $150k in PPP, that business had to prove real W-2 payroll and tax returns
• The business has been operating since at least 2020
• The owner has already raised his hand and proven he borrows money to keep his shop moving
When that plumber or medspa owner applies for a business card on a bank website by himself with a newer LLC, the automated form often caps him at a $3k to $5k limit. When you help him clean up his personal card balances before statement dates and walk his file through business bankers in the right order, approvals often land between $50k and $150k total
My first client Trent got $60k at Chase and happily paid me a $6,000 fee. Another student of mine made $11,900 on a single file
You sign a one-page 10% consulting agreement upfront (some states regulate fees, so check yours), never lend or hold client money, put the owner's true industry and real numbers on every application, and make sure he knows the cards carry a personal guarantee and jump in rate after 12 months
Pulling the zip code list takes ten minutes, but you still need to know word-for-word how to get the $5,000+ yes on the call and how to plug in an overseas VA so a file takes about 6 hours of work

The saddest website in America is also the best list of $6,000 paychecks I've ever seen
Right now there is a bakery owner in Ohio on gofundme. com begging strangers for $60,000 to replace his commercial ovens
He put his face on that page three weeks ago and raised $340 from his aunt and two neighbors
Most people scroll past him and feel bad for two seconds
You call his shop, get him approved for $60,000 in 0% intro APR business credit cards through a business banker so he can take the page down, and collect a $6,000 consulting fee after the money lands
By the time a roofer, auto shop owner, or restaurant owner puts a crowdfunding page up in public, he has already handed you his full name, his business name, his city, and the exact dollar amount he needs
Most of these owners actually have solid personal credit, they just walked into their local bank branch asking for a small business loan, got told to wait six weeks with three years of tax returns, and panicked
1. Open gofundme. com and search `"save our shop"`, `"keep our doors open"`, or `"small business"` plus any mid-sized city like Tampa, Columbus, or Phoenix (skip personal tragedies and medical bills, only look at operating businesses asking for $30k to $100k for equipment or expansion)
2. Filter for pages stuck under 25% of their goal after two weeks, then check Google Maps to confirm the shop is still open with good reviews
3. Call the shop or message the owner directly and say: "Hey [Name], saw your GoFundMe for the shop and glad you guys are still fighting. Quick question, did you put that up because the bank gave you the runaround on a loan, or have you looked at 0% business credit lines yet? I help local owners get $50k to $120k at 0% interest for 12 to 18 months and you only pay me if it gets approved"
4. Hop on a 10-minute call and check five numbers on his credit report before you touch the file: a 700+ personal credit score, $10k+ in existing personal card limits, under 30% utilization, under 5 new cards opened in the last 24 months, and zero recent late payments
If he has a 540 score and a dying business with no way to pay the money back, walk away and wish him luck. Tell every client plainly upfront that these cards carry a personal guarantee and he needs a clear plan to pay the balance off before the 0% period ends
5. Have him sign a one-page consulting agreement for a 10% fee paid only after approvals land (check your state's fee rules first so your paperwork is clean). You never lend your own money and never hold client funds. My very first client Trent got approved for $60k at Chase and happily paid me a $6,000 fee the week it cleared
6. Why doesn't the bakery owner just fill out the online card form himself? Because when a newer LLC applies cold on a bank website, the computer usually spits out a tiny $3k to $5k limit. He pays you 10% because you tell him which personal balances to pay down first, fill out the application with his true business numbers and what his business actually does, and submit through business bankers at several banks in the right order
One owner approved for $70k pays you $7,000. Help two owners a month and that's $14,000 from your laptop with zero inventory
I'm running a free live training this Wednesday at 7pm ET showing how to run this whole business:
- Why business funding beats Amazon, Airbnb, and day trading in 2026
- The $5,000+ yes and why owners happily pay you 10%
- Getting CPAs and referral partners to send you qualified owners
- Using overseas VAs to run the paperwork in 5 to 10 hours a week

Almost every 23-year-old Mormon in Utah drives a $100,000 truck, owns a 5-bedroom house, and has had 3 companies go belly up without ruining his credit score
People think it's just door-to-door pest control money, but the actual secret is a banking loophole they teach each other the week they get home from their mission at 20
When a normal guy starts a business, he puts $40,000 of startup costs on his personal Chase or Amex card tied to his Social Security Number. The second that business flops, his personal credit drops to 490 and he can't even qualify for an apartment for 7 years
In Provo and Salt Lake, a 21-year-old with a 730 credit score never touches his personal credit or his own savings to launch a company
Instead, an older guy in his church ward shows him how to build an EIN credit wall:
- He files 3 separate LLCs in Wyoming or Delaware for $100 each
- Uses his 730 personal score strictly as a character check to unlock $80,000 to $120,000 in 0% interest business credit cards under the first LLC's EIN
- Those business cards report to Dun & Bradstreet, which keeps the balance completely invisible to personal Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
- He maxes out $100,000 of the bank's money testing a solar blitz, a supplement brand, or a medspa
Because his personal credit report still shows 2% utilization and $0 of that business debt, he walks into a mortgage lender the very next week with a 750 score and buys a $700,000 house
And if LLC #1 crashes and burns?
He doesn't file personal bankruptcy. As long as the business card is settled through a commercial workout for 25 to 30 cents on the dollar before a lawsuit hits, it stays off his personal credit file. He just shuts down LLC #1, opens LLC #2 on Monday morning, and takes another $100,000 swing on the bank's dime
Most guys outside Utah are terrified to take a single risk because one bad quarter on a personal credit card ruins their life
My entire business is building this exact 0% EIN setup for business owners across the country who have a 700+ score, getting them $50,000 to $150,000 at 0% interest, and charging 10% when it lands
I'm showing how the whole model works live on Wednesday for free. Link's in my bio
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Business credit cards from major banks typically require personal guarantees and SSN/personal credit checks even for LLCs, while true no-guarantee EIN-only corporate cards demand substantial business cash reserves or revenue rather than just an EIN and personal score.
