balance is an artwork with liquid provenance.
credits are individual works made from cyan, magenta, yellow and black. each has a rating.
80 credits are burned to compose a statement. the collector chooses the arrangement. the ratings are added together.
a statement can be permanently locked to release its rating as transferable balance.
each wallet has an artwork displaying its balance and inherited colors. as tokens move, color moves with them. as balances meet, colors mix.
empty the wallet and the artwork remains.
this video follows 10,000 balance through six wallets. the total stays the same. its distribution and appearance change.
chance. choice. consequence.
an expanding surface. a finite supply.
5.5% of the FWA token has now been burned from protocol usage, with 0.2% burned just yesterday.
Nearly 75,000 NFT purchases on v2

15% of the total FWA supply is now staked and voting on what goes in the pool
2 hours until there's (3) Cryptopunks w/ 1 ETH backing in the fwa.fun pool

Soon the fwa.fun pool will have (3) Cryptopunks with 1 ETH backing up for grabs. 👀

I Honestly thought Punk #3190 and #6096 would be gone by now. Over 2,000 spins in the last 24 hours and both are still there at 1 ETH backing.
In about 24 hours Punk #4798 joins them. Three punks at 1 ETH, never thought I'd type that.

So far Lucrece has earned 177Ξ from his release, with 1000+ BitMON in the pool still earning him fees and waiting to be revealed.
At 207Ξ, he'll have earned what he would've from a traditional mint at 0.05Ξ.
Today some people who backed will start being able to withdraw their NFTs from the pool and decide "Do I want the NFT still, or have I changed my mind and want the ETH back?"
This dynamic actually adds more protection to collectors than a traditional mint would. If demand slows down, NFTs return to the artist and curb the size of the collection down to what the market can currently handle.
We worked together on the reveal mechanisms, he made the art, and I wrote the contracts. I did not take any proceeds from the drop (although TokenWorks made ~$5k from token trading volume the last 24h). His drop increased demand of the protocol, buying 30Ξ of the token and burning 4.2M ethereum:0xa0df17b5ac76ababa36e1450e2cbcd18a620c845 thus far. A symbiotic relationship.
If you're an artist/creator/vibe coder and have an idea for a project and I think it will help the FWA ecosystem, I will work with you for free to make sure it goes perfect.

Blast will be shutting down.
We launched Blast with the goal of building a self-sustaining chain for users and developers. Unfortunately, the economics of operating the chain no longer make sense: the ongoing costs of maintaining Blast exceed the revenue generated by the L2, and we do not see a credible path to making the chain economically sustainable.
As a result, we've made the difficult decision to wind Blast down.
We're sorry to the users and developers who believed in Blast, built on it, and supported the ecosystem. Our priority now is making the shutdown as smooth and safe as possible.
We're asking all users to withdraw their assets from Blast to Ethereum mainnet, including any balances held in the Blast PWA.
To make this easier, we will be reducing the withdrawal delay to 24 hours.
As part of the shutdown process, we'll first begin withdrawing Blast's Lido assets. This process is expected to take approximately one week. During this period, withdrawals will temporarily be unavailable, even after the withdrawal delay is reduced to 24 hours.
Once that process is complete, withdrawals will resume with the new 24-hour delay.
Users will have until October 26, 2026 to withdraw through the normal Blast interface.
After October 26, assets will remain withdrawable, but users will need to interact directly with the Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1. We'll publish detailed instructions before then.
We strongly encourage everyone to withdraw their assets to Ethereum mainnet before October 26.

We've lowered the percentage of each purchase that goes to the largest NFT deposit from 0.5% -> 0.1%
This will increase the amount of ETH that is distributed to smaller deposits.
We've also added Credits by Jack Butcher to FWA.
