I advise clients around the world, yet I can't help but be consistently disappointed with the US healthcare system's inability to do the one thing it needs to do: take care of patients.

Hey @JetBlue it would’ve been nice if you told me you’d canceled my return flight for an upcoming trip. I mean, it’s nice that you moved me to a whole other flight that’s *6hrs later* but maybe TELLING ME would’ve been the right thing to do…?

Oh for pete's sake. My "Following" timeline now includes non-promoted, non-RT'ed tweets from accounts that I don't follow. The signal-to-noise ratio on Twitter keeps dropping, and making people pay for a blue check isn't going to fix a dishonest UI and a crap algo.

The state of domestic airlines in the US, especially the ones that claim to be #CXleaders: expect that the best case scenario is they get you to your destination on-time, safely, with your luggage. Everything else costs extra & they won’t do it even when you pay for it. 🙃
Quite the end to Qualtrics X4, with @thekillers singing (among other things) the highly thematic “Can You Read My Mind?” What a great song for a conference about XM 😂😉 IYKYK
Holy cow, y’all, we’re getting surprise Flying Tomato (@shaunwhite) here at Qualtrics X4 😍😍😍
If I weren’t already masking in public, the fella in the adjacent hotel room—who can’t stop coughing—would be enough to convince me to reach for my trusty KF94s.
