When I was a social worker we couldn’t dare say half caste or coloured. We were encouraged to say black and mixed race. That’s changed again I believe.

Well Mr Rosen this 87 year old finds it hard to stand on as many more feet than we are blessed with! Seriously l can stand for a few seconds holding on to back of chair. But Mr Rosen, is this a competition or because you can stand for an hour or more you’re showing off?
