Excited to share that today we launched our Video-to-Music API! You can now generate music and sound effects that follow your visual content, matching the pacing, the cuts and the mood of what’s on screen. Instead of picking one track for everyone, whether it’s for an ad, a game, or an app, you can create the right audio for each piece of content and each user.

Our team has been in Singapore this week. Here’s a quick roundup: - We opened our new Singapore office, with 25 of us now on the ground, working alongside customers. - Business in South Asia means moving between languages. Our CEO @Mati joined CNBC Squawk Box to talk about building localized AI, and why voice AI innovation is starting in Asia and spreading globally. - We’re also at the Singapore Grand Prix this weekend as an official partner of Audi Revolut F1. If you’ll be there, get in touch.

I wonder how many great ideas get abandoned because it took too long to get somewhere useful. Response time is part of the creative process.

Pipeline construction & liquidity is the # 1 thing to check every week. This is called Momentum, and this is why it matters: ▪️ Healthy pipeline construction gives you liquidity and momentum. ▪️ Important: salespeople get better as they sell more. They get worse as they sell fewer deals unless they have already gone through a phase of high sales within the company. ▪️ A healthy sales pipeline has a combo of Strategic, Long-bets, Standard and Tactical deals. ▪️ Each deal has a different complexity, sales cycle and unique value. Knowing how your pipeline is skewed will save headaches. ▪️ Balancing a pipeline means hiring dedicated people per deal category and Revenue Leaders getting their hands dirty in each category. It is impossible to know each category's constraints/issues if you haven't done it. ▪️ If you have too many Strategic deals, you will not be able to forecast anything. By nature, strategic deals face high uncertainty because they require +5 layers of approval within the customer org. Relying on them alone is risky and, sooner or later, you will miss expectations. ▪️ Long-bets are just bets with a potential revenue impact in +12 months time. Don't have too many of them to avoid distraction. ▪️ Tactical deals are low value but fast movers. They give you a lot of liquidity and momentum. They are also tougher to manage because nobody wants to pay and not be managed by the vendor. ▪️ In the age of AI, you block competitors from getting into an account by moving faster. Land-and-expand is an excellent friend here. ▪️ Even if your strategy is to sign large deals, try to also sign smaller deals first to get momentum. Getting a MM company in the industry you target to sign quicker and give you logo rights is better than waiting 9 months for a bigger one. You need case studies and public validation. ▪️ Funny enough, some of the Long-bets may perform better & quicker than Strategic deals. That's the beautiful nature of bets; they can outperform expectations if you place the right bet.

Thrilled to have @JensenHuang join us at ElevenLabs Summit on 11/11 in NYC! NVIDIA has been a great partner since our earliest days, all the way back to 2022 (!) - and excited to now have Jensen join us on stage to discuss what's ahead for voice AI & agents! See you in NYC!

Early investors are roughly 1500x up in 4 years. One of the greatest investments in venture history.
We just closed an employee tender offer which values @ElevenLabs at $22BN, up 2x from our Series D in February. The tender was led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price. A few words on how we got here ↓

It's been incredible to see the company grow from 6 people at Series A to today, all the while maintaining (actually accelerating) the pace of innovation and kindness that defines so many of the team members. Forever long 11.

Being part of the growth from our Series B until now has been the highlight of my career - this speed is my new normal. Grateful for the experience so far; we're just getting started. Lots more human-computer interaction to transform, with the best companies in the world as partners!

Creative work feels like a good stress test for agents. You’re often humming, gesturing, or trying to get a feeling across before you can truly explain it. The best agents will meet you in that messy middle, while you’re still figuring out what you mean.

I’m consistently impressed by the research <> product work we do, but this one landed especially well today. Just a few hours ago, I needed to reschedule a doctor’s appointment. It took far too long to navigate the phone menu and reach an operator, and once I did, language barriers led to misunderstandings, multiple callbacks, and much more time than a simple task should take. On an unusually busy day, it was a pretty visceral reminder of how much better this experience can be, and why I’m really pumped about this launch!
Eleven v4 Turbo is now available in ElevenAgents, bringing the #1 rated quality of Eleven v4 to live conversations with a median inference latency of ~100 ms. ElevenAgents can now power even more personal, empathetic customer experiences across industries.

Truly blown away by the results from Eleven v4. This model has a new architecture that unlocks more realistic and controllable speech. You can now direct the performance of the character AND the soundscape around them. And the voice effects (like "cheap microphone") are 👌

We released Eleven v4. It’s fast (100 ms p50 latency), has great speaker similarity for IVCs, and consistently gives good results on challenging [emotive] cases. Try it, it’s #1 on AA :)

The first generation is typically when you figure out what you actually wanted. The music changes how the scene feels - now you want to change the scene. My favorite part of Studio 4.0: you can follow that instinct without starting a new project and actually finish the thing.
Introducing Studio 4.0 in @ElevenCreative. Our AI-native video editor just got a major upgrade. Generate video, image, voice, music and sound effects inside your project, then edit, caption, and export in the same place.

A couple of things that make Eleven v4 special: - Extremely low latency (100 ms p50 TTFB for Turbo) - By far the best voice similarity - Outstanding quality (#1 on Artificial Analysis and on our own benchmarks) It achieves all of this while being extremely reliable. Eleven v4 uses our new post-training stack and a surprising recent research discovery that we hope will greatly accelerate our future model development. By the end of the year, we expect delivery of new compute that will increase our training capacity almost 10x. Very excited for what's ahead! Congratulations to the team!

Eleven v4 is ranked #1 by Artificial Analysis, built on an entirely new architecture that understands nuance, emotion, and pacing in a way our previous models couldn't. For anyone building voice agents or live assistants: Eleven v4 Turbo brings that same research to real-time conversation, at ~100ms inference latency. Happy building!
