[EXCLUSIVO] VÍA DECRETO LEGALIZAN LOS “TODO TERRENO”. Ante la imposibilidad de cumplir con la promesa de campaña vía legislación, el Secretario del DTOP ordenó hoy a los CESCO’s darle tablillas a todos los vehículos UTV (utility terrain vehicle). La Gobernadora prometió en la campaña darle tablillas a todo lo que tuviera ruedas y motor. La mayoría del PNP en el Capitolio, con el apoyo de la Policía, rechazó legislar con ese propósito ni darle autoridad al DTOP escoger qué legalizar. Pero, desde hoy, ya es un hecho vía orden adrministrativa. El Rey Charlie celebró en las redes.
