Mendoza Meter: End of the Kirk Cousins era is closer than ever after Week 7 justblogbaby.com/mendoza-met… @JustBlogBaby

Rams are blitzing Cousins on all clear passing downs, just like Patriots did.
Raiders need to get a QB with some mobility back there. Kirk's inability to relocate makes the passing game easily breakable.

Raiders have to put Fernando Mendoza out there in the second half.
Rams have Kirk Cousins completely figured out and he’s not seeing the field.
No excuse. Need a spark. Just make the call.

Raiders RB Mike Washington Jr. (foot/back) is considered a game-time decision today vs Rams, per sources. Some optimism exists but Raiders needs to see how he feels today.

Good thing the Raiders didn't kick the can down the road to that generational 2027 QB class ... lol.
I'll take Fernando Mendoza, thank you very much!😂
Several NFL executives expressed skepticism this week that some, if not a majority, of the projected top QBs will even enter the 2027 NFL Draft. That includes Arch Manning, whom NFL scouts have seen less of since Texas closed practice.

From Jack Bech’s Instagram:
Seems like the second-year WR could be returning from injury soon.
He was placed on IR after Week 3, so Bech’s 21-day practice window could open as soon as next week.
Raiders also need to make a decision on Dont’e Thornton Jr. in the next 6 days.

Raiders should look into signing K.J. Osborn off the Titans’ practice squad if they’re looking for WR help.
Osborn played in Kubiak’s system with the Vikings in 2021, 50 catches for 655 yards and 7 TDs as the #3 option behind Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen.
