Casey Kelly @JustCK3 pitched one last time for #LGTwins on July 20th. Was released after the game and was put on waivers. No other #KBO team picked up his contract. A little more than 30 days later, he gets his 1st #MLB save for the @Reds. Baseball (and life) can be real funny sometimes. #Congrats #Reds 💪👏👍

Things have really come full circle for the Kelly family. After a six-year successful stint in the KBO, Casey returned to the U.S. ... and he now pitches for dad Pat in Louisville: atmilb.com/3WVWbj3

LG's @JustCK3 took a perfect game into the 9th, ended up giving up a hit, but still gets the complete game shutout and 4-0 win over Samsung

LG Twins starter Casey Kelly came within 3 outs of throwing the first perfect game in #KBO history. @JustCK3 gave up a leadoff single in the top 9th vs. Samsung Lions. But got a double play ball next and then the 27th out came via flyball. He faced the minimum in 1-hit CG SO

Casey Kelly (⁦@JustCK3⁩) delivers a strike in today’s exhibition at Jamsil Baseball Stadium, an historic ballpark for two reasons: Kelly’s LG Twins are defending KBO champs, and this is the site of the baseball tournament at the transformative Seoul Olympic Games. @WBSC 🇰🇷
