Guam just flipped its governor's office to Republicans after eight years of Democratic control, and mainland polls haven't even closed yet.
Ada-Calvo won by 1,020 votes. Terlaje conceded.
The island didn't tip over. Hank Johnson can relax.

Today: vote for lower property taxes, lower electric bills, more affordable homes, and safer streets.
Starting tomorrow: hold me accountable for it.
Westchester County's ballot scanners spent the morning rejecting paper ballots countywide.
The elections board blamed paper thickness, then dropped that. Hochul says maybe it's the wrong size paper.
Congress set Election Day in 1845. Westchester is still sorting out paper.

Ballots go in secure bags and will be counted. Stay in line.

If you’re angry about what’s happening in Westchester County, NY, then get out & vote for Mike Lawler.
Turn it into a party & make this backfire big time.
By the way, House Election Observers are on the ground.
Alaska has two Dan Sullivans on the Senate ballot today.
One is the senator. The other tried to file using the senator's middle initial, and his own neighbors told CBS they never saw a single sign.
Most candidates spend millions on name recognition. He just borrowed some.

Courts kept him on the ballot. Peltola's campaign and the DSCC deny any link.
Trump's closing pitch comes with a backup plan: "Mr. Veto."
He told the NY Post that if Democrats take Congress tomorrow, he'll veto their bills until they come back to make deals.
Two years of Congress mailing bills to the White House and getting them back stamped "return to sender."

Top Pollster who predicted Trump’s victories in 2016 and 2024 WARNS Americans: Don't believe the polls, VOTE!
John McLaughlin, who is the Most Accurate Pollster in America, says today is "voter suppression day" and their goal is for Trump voters to stay home.
He explains how the Washington Post tried to discourage turnout in Wisconsin with a poll showing Trump down 17 to Hillary. Trump famously ended up shocking the world with a win.
In 2024, the Des Moines Register published a poll showing Kamala up 47% to 44% in Iowa. Trump DOMINATED in the state by 13 points.
When we show up, we win.
Don't listen to the suppression polls go VOTE
Exactly, @jmclghln.
Trump is giving his closing midterm speech today at the newly reopened Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
PBS put "site of botched renovation" right in the livestream headline.
Tough crowd. The pool finally holds water and it still can't get a good review.

Mike Johnson says Trump calls him at 1 AM and again at 5 AM.
That gives the Speaker of the House a four-hour sleep window, and he still found time to work up a Trump impression.
Then he performed it with the president standing right behind him. Bravest man in Congress.

WOW!
Big, beautiful turnout to re-elect Congressman Scott Perry in Cumberland County, PA.
Pennsylvania, get out & vote tomorrow!
Mayor Mamdani's free opera tickets require a valid ID.
Voting in New York tomorrow doesn't. You sign the poll book, and the state AG says New York never requires photo ID to vote.
Apparently La Bohème is the one thing in New York worth carding people for.
