The lack of uproar about this obvious grifting shows how deep we are down the hole now. The entire family has increased its net worth by 100s of millions by way of the Oval Office and the voters have allowed it. Some have even justified it with a coping "lesser of two evils" take. Principled leadership and institutional trust is so dead the nation doesn't even blink at this shit anymore.

Woke up to the story of a young father in this community who committed suicide. Guys, I don’t know who needs to hear this, but trading is brutally difficult. Even if you end up in the tiny percent who make it, you should expect years of failure first.
If you love trading and manage to make some money, diversify out of it so you can trade without the weight of “make it or break it” pressure. Every single trader I know who left a desk and still trades (not counting the ones who blew up) also has something else they’re doing now, even if it’s small.
And if you’re just starting, please don’t quit your job or plan on it any time soon. Early in my career, I bartended on weekends just to take some pressure off. That extra stability made all the difference.
May God comfort you.
Trading has been the hardest and most soul-crushing challenge of my life. With the only real goal being freedom, for me and my family.
Raising a whole child building a family this past year while trading forced me to see why every click matters. The weight is heavy, but so is the reward.

One of the lowest lows of my life was after I agreed to sell my business for 9 figures.
Why? I assumed now that “I made it” I would find purpose is vacation, being free, indulgence”.
Instead I found emptiness n stress.
The best day of my recent life was when I stopped seeking purpose in pleasure and instead made another business , began maximizing me and started traing BJJ with purpose to compete.
A man will never find happiness from any reward. The fight is the reward. Any indulgence is just a way to cope with not having a engaging enough fight.
