Suggested rules for Twitter. Retweet if you agree: 1. If you engage, start from a common truth. Otherwise you are screaming into the void. 2. Don't be hypocritical. Is your post true in a different context? 3. Critique statements you agree with. Break your echo chamber.

Marx was a pen pal to president Lincoln and said the US had the most potential to bring about the Utopia he desired. I wish these assholes could be disregarded as fringe rather than "what most people think".
George Washington built a nation on liberty. Karl Marx inspired regimes of control. One side won the future. Which side are you on? 🔥

Wealth is to food as state backed money is to nurishment. If someone is convinced they eat "because it's enjoyable" rather than "it's nourishment", what happens when they start thinking of eating as a burden? It's a lie built within a lie.

concerning "malfoid" (if you don't know don't worry about it): If it pleases you that a patriarchical and evil power structure can be feminized and dominated by the incels that just want to see women as characters in their story, I think you've lost the plot.

My thoughts: everything is horrible and we are sleepwalking into oblivion. There is no point, I just want to go to bed. My speech: we have to fight! Future generations are depending on us! Yes. I'm an absurdist.

the dead internet theory isn't a theory anymore.
Not to get all political, but how does the left ever recover from this

Just had an interesting conversation about "the state" and I think I realized something that may help others: The state is that which imposes justice on others. When communism is defined to be a stateless society... it means that which no one imposes justice on anyone else.

fascism when it doesn't have power = liberal individualism fascism when it does have power = authoritarianism fascism doesn't exist outside of a power dynamic.

The more time goes on, the more the hypothesis "people only use Truth to justify the unjustifiable" is validated. And with each observation my disdain for Truth grows. We can go without it. We can work for a better world through respect rather than dictating what's right.

The following is going to be an incredibly interesting court case: A woman is forced to carry a fetus to term because to abort would be murder. But it's known that the fetus is premature, and the hospital lets the now newborn die because of energy limitations. Is it murder?

Typically I don't take flat earthers seriously because they shouldn't be taken seriously. But I do have a question for them on their own terms: fucking explain this -

Was the focus on materialism malicious? If we spent as much investment on understanding the motives of the rich and associating the economy with diversity of narratives (rather than the GDP), the world wouldn't be dictated by insane people.

This is capitalism logic. AI is just the newest version to use it.

If sentience is to mean anything, it's the ability to react to anticipated harm. This implies something is not simply reactive to the current state, but can AND DOES use analysis to foresee problems and try to establish the optimal response. Conservativism seems to fear this.

Maybe fucking do anything close to curing cancer then.

I HATE the concept of truth. The ONLY time it's ever evoked is when dumbfucks make ultra simplistic non-defendable assertion made from an authoritative position they CANNOT justify. It's a plague on our psyche and should be condemned more than any other concept in existence.

When did it become normal to use "your so emotional right now!" as an insult? On psychopaths and the like would say shit like that.

Suppose you knew that there was a 80% chance that a catastrophic and - most importantly - unavoidable event might happen. Noting would change the outcome nor will knowing benefit anyone. Is it your responsibility to warn people? Or is it a kindness to keep it a secret?
