Directly from Parker when i talked to him: “i received special permission from Viking and Chevrolet to run this race. If even one member said no, it would not be happening.” Obviously im paraphrasing but that’s basically what he said. There was no Toyota deal.

Still isn't anything confirmed but I have heard JAR as a possibility as well. And with the news that the #27 WILL be a full time car next season, this could be a possibility.
