A quick note on building $GFCAT, the noise of the memecoin meta, and where we go from here. ​I built my Catoshi Stonkamoto page around a genuine love for Stonkfun and its potential to turn traders into long-term holders. Holding various cat tokens across the ecosystem helped carve out a real niche. 🐈 ​I conceptualized Ghostface Cat ($GFCAT) because I loved the character and the endless content situations you could put him in. It was an original idea, not a vamp project. I also enjoyed the bromance Ghostface Cat and Catoshi had. It reminds me if my own Cats at home. 🐾 I started building the scenes, the website, and launching on Stonkfun. ​I bought an initial 6% dev holding, which I permanently locked via stakepoint.app to honor Satoshi's ethos. Then, pretty quickly, the reality of modern launches hit. The DMs flooded in with advice from Devs: "you need to bundle supplies, pay KOLs, dump after graduation". This is how it works. But $GFCAT was meant to be fun and organic. ​Two things happened. First, I diluted the Catoshi brand by over-promoting one token over others. $GFCAT (For the record: I never take payments to promote, I just want Stonkfun/Stonk holders to win). Second: Ghostface Cat’s X account was suspended last night. We are working through it, but it takes time. Most likely days! ​Because of this, we are pivoting. I will only focus on high-quality content for $GFCAT at my own pace so not to be rushed, and limit promotions on Catoshi Stonkamoto to max twice a week under the "Buy All the Cats!" banner. I’ve also cancelled the airdrop for now until we are fully back on X and safe from dumping. ​$GFCAT is a low-MC Stonkfun token for now, but watch us earn our place in the #Catfolio. I've sold personal holdings and permanently locked initials to keep it a token built for holders. If you want a genuine, honest project to build with—grab a bag, join the family, and let’s chill in TG.
