@asda @AsdaServiceTeam an Asda delivery driver broke my fence on 23/12/24. I'm still waiting for a decent response from customer service. Reported this on on 23/12. Then again by phone on 27/12 & emailed again same day. Not even an acknowledgement back yet. Terrible customer care

Day 14: no internet. Issue with fibre on street. Needs an engineer who is off sick. No idea when they will be back. So only one engineer in the south east who can handle the job? Unacceptable. Home alone with two kids for Xmas here. 1/2
@OpenreachHelp can you sort this please. Sickness can't be helped but only one engineer who can do the job? I don't believe that to be true.
@SkyHelpTeam can you support please with enabling some internet use in my house whilst we await a resolution.

When I asked to raise a formal compliant, it went like this:
"Sure, that compliant is now raised. Here is the reference number"
1 second later:
"That compliant is now closed, as we are waiting to resolve the issue with an engineer"

All phone data used up. Could not do ordering of gifts for kids, banking or watch Xmas films. No offer of a modem or similar to enable internet. No offer of anything like Sky movies to help us out whilst we wait. Terrible comms from yourselves to boot. Do something please.
