A pleasure to welcome the @KAFPakistan to our UNESCO Pakistan office in Islamabad. Inspired by their work empowering young #girls through #sports especially ⚽️. When girls have the chance to play and lead, the impact goes far beyond the field.
Thank you to every partner, donor, educator, coach, parent, and girl who made this possible. We hope you'll take a few minutes to explore our 2025–2026 Impact Report. @HBLPak @InterloopLtd @Malala

On World Malala Day, we were honored to be joined by @Malala for an evening dedicated to women's education, sports, and empowerment. 22 footballers from across Pakistan came together proving that with knowledge, access, and freedom, girls can change the game. ⚽️💪🏼 @karishmaAli22

🗣️ Malala Yousafzai on empowering girls through sport
"Asser and I are proud supporters of @KAFPakistan who help girls in Pakistan access sports and the confidence that comes with learning to play. Girls like Kainat have big dreams on and off the pitch and deserve the chance to choose their own future."

Moments from our first ever TRAIL program camp 🏔️
Day 1 focused on breaking the ice, building trust, and getting grounded in the basics. The girls settled in, built comfort with the group, and then moved into briefings on climbing fundamentals and safety protocols. @KAFPakistan
Mountains have always been part of life in Chitral, but rarely a place for fun. For many girls and women, they have meant chores, distance, and responsibility.
Through #TRAIL, we are rewriting that story
turning the mountains into spaces of adventure, freedom, and new beginnings.
Pakistan’s women’s team made their FIFA Series 2026 debut 🇵🇰⚽
But what does this mean for young girls in Pakistan? For them, it’s more than a match.
It’s visibility.
It’s possibility.
It’s the moment of realization that, “maybe this can be me too.”

We ran our Table Tennis Training Program for teachers in Chitral. By equipping teachers and encouraging dialogue with education officials, we’re building a sustainable chain of impact.

Through this phase, we are training sports teachers in table tennis techniques, safeguarding, and how to create environments where girls feel safe, confident, and motivated to play. Because real change happens when the system around girls begins to support them. 🏓 @KAFPakistan
