My article on Christian vaccine hesitancy is out now, open access. This piece considers how political theologies position Christians in relation to scientific and government institutions, highlighting theological resources to reframe vaccine debates. doi.org/10.16995/zygon.17381

Bad news: there seems to be no treasure trove of unpublished sermons by Eric Mascall. Good news: @AngelicoPress are reissuing one of the very best of his books – Via Media – his short systematics, for which I will write a foreword.
Does anyone know what happened to Eric Mascall's sermons? If they can be tracked down in manuscript, there might be interest in a volume of some of his best. My mind was jogged to ask this question when I came across a stole of his this morning, at St Mary's, Bourne Street.

I am happy to announce that my second book is now under contract with Baker Academic. It is an introduction to Christian faith and practice through the lens of the theological virtues: faith, hope, and love (title TBD). I expect to have the manuscript finished by August.

This monster will be published in print on 30 June, and is already online: The Oxford Handbook of Deification, edited by Paul L. Gavrilyuk, Andrew Hofer, OP, and the ever-industrious Matthew Levering. I have a chapter on deification and participation.
