In Jan., @FIFAcom announced a new regulatory framework for National Dispute Resolution Chambers.
My latest article for @LawInSport advocates FIFA needs to ensure MAs set up their NDRCs, if FIFA is to achieve its goal of globalising & modernising football’s regulatory framework.
The need for FIFA to ensure that football federations set up National Dispute Resolution Chambers by @KCJine: bit.ly/4bhbUOm
These highlights are fun to watch.
I think the @NigeriaPFL should invest in a proper weekly matchday highlights programme.
Clubs should be doing the same for themselves — YouTube-style content builds followers, not just fans.

The death of the Katsina footballer should not simply become another sad headline that fades away after a few days. We need answers. What happened on that pitch? Was the necessary emergency medical equipment and personnel available? Was the right response followed?
You “…don’t think anyone should exonerate the NFF…” … carefully selected words 😁
Don’t you think the mediocre performances you have highlighted are enough to call for a resignation or make a more direct statement?
I don't think anyone should exonerate the NFF from what is happening to Nigeria football.
- Super Eagles - Missing out of the World Cup
A strike before DR Congo game in the WC playoffs cos they were negligence & couldn't arrest the situation before it blew up. Failure to pay basic allowances.
- Super Falcons - Poor WAFCON
Super Falcons had 0 friendlies in 2 FIFA international window - that's at least 4 matches cos the NFF failed to organise matches for them as we believe we can just go for WAFCON & win it. Now on the verge of missing out of WC.
- Flying Eagles - No AFCON, No World Cup
Late preparations & camping at a poor facility like goal project can't give us anything tangible. Lack of youth league & many money.
Olympic team - No Olympic for men & women
Since there is no path way to harness talents & no proper preparation, no way we can qualify. Football is bigger than luck.
We host Oldbury United Res. in our first ever league match.

We often argue that sports development hinges on physical infrastructure - stadia, arenas, community and school sports facilities. But that's only one piece. Building sports as a true identity requires the following:

In recent news, CAF has announced its "unanimous" support for Infantino's FIFA presidency re-election:
espn.com/espn/story/_/id/486…
What I find striking is that CAF's 54 members make up about a quarter of FIFA's 211. Therefore, a unified African position significantly strengthens Infantino's bid — or, indeed, that of any other candidate.
In my view, the current electoral process in football is a barrier to true governance reform. How do you challenge those responsible for governance failures when they are the ones who determine your tenure?

I am truly excited to be a part of this journey 🤎

Welcome to the Birmingham Albion FC family, Kelvin.
More than a badge. A club built with pride.
For a new FC, there’s a version of the story that starts on the 1st matchday. Behind the scenes, it starts much earlier.
The shirt is the 1st moment the club exists in a form supporters can carry out into the world, & the @BAlbionFC shirt is almost here.
I’m delighted to be appointed Club Secretary of @BAlbionFC, a new grassroots club preparing for its first season in the Midlands Football League/West Midlands Regional League.
Grassroots is the bedrock of football development.

What is the cost-benefit analysis? $130k for the same old AFCON bronze, or is there something we are missing?
This AFCON Final case… imagine if it had been Super Eagles who won and had their decision overturned… what would happen to the parcels of land, cash reward, and MON honours???

Senegal won two AFCON titles (Aliou Cisse in 2021 & Pape Thiaw in 2025) with domestic coaches .
You people in 🇳🇬 can go ahead and 'cannonise' Chelle for reaching what Shaibu (2002 & 2010), Chukwu (2004) & Eguavoen (2006) had achieved with insults & disrespect.
Unu emeyeke ✌️
