Copenhagen. I didn’t execute the race I wanted but I achieved my second fastest Ironman on a bad day so that says something about where I’m at now. I certainly learnt how tough I am out there. Wish it could have been more for those around me who’ve also put in a lot of work 🫶🏻

After his win, watch ORANGE RYAN listen out to for his handler to call his name!🫶
He does this every race and look at that waggy tail. Such a happy boy!🥺

Spend the morning with the boss mic’d up. This edition includes annual measurement of the horses, some humans and fixing walkers 🙌🏻
A year ago I couldn’t take the dog for a walk without feeling chronically tired. Only those closest to me know how bad things really were last year.
This Ironman belongs to them because without them there is no way this year would look like this.
My last day Clerking at Huntingdon.
Leaving this role is truly bittersweet. I’m excited for whatever lies ahead. I’m grateful for the experiences, support, and friendships I’ve gained here, and I’ll carry them with me into this next chapter.
